I agree! The editing is probably the real problem here. The drama has potential to be one of those great ones; but I hope they improve the editing soon!
it has some great scenes and nice characters but I'm not sure if I'm a fan of the editing
Same! I'm so glad to find at least one comment like yours, because that is just what I thought. Everything from the story, the cast, some scenes, etc, are really good; but the editing doesn't convince me at the moment (maybe it'll be improved later on)
My first Jdrama was Hana Kimi, If I'm not mistaken xD ...but my top 3 favorite are: Nodame Cantabile, Love Shuffle and Proposal Daisakusen (those last two dramas aren't on the list, though ) . I simply love them =)♥
Ok, this is not my usual type of drama and I still don't get the plot very well xD (I guess it's only starting to slowly unfold); but I still like it! It's just that I'm loving the scenery, the developing chemistry between the main leads and especially the book club. I simply adore the idea of a book club, and this one is even more special since it's so diverse. Very different people bonding and making friendships with a shared interest; it's something I always liked. This aspect, in particular, reminded me of the orchestra in the drama Beethoven's virus :)
As someone from a colder region..I cant stop wondering why those girls werent wearing leggings or stockings..…
I'm from a tropical country, and yet, even I wondered the same thing xD I just can't understand how can those girls endure such temperatures wearing just those small skirts lol
park seo joon is genius & amazing!! so are the other actors of course :,)) everyones doing so well playing and…
I totally agree! So far, neither of them deserves Saeroyi.... actually, I wouldn't mind if he ends up alone or with some other girl. After all, this drama is about his life's journey to freedom (as he already said in ep8) and it's the main reason why I like it!
correct if I am wrong. So Ah said she can not like JW the rich brat because he killed her "father"(meaning PSR…
I see it this way: I think Saeroyi's feelings for Yi Seo are stronger than what he realizes (they are as strong as the hate he has for Jang father and his older son); but he can't understand that. As the person in the other comment said: she can totally see through him and is not afraid to confront him and at least try to change him. But he only sees her as a smart little sister who needs him in order to learn how to be an empathetic human being; something no one taught her before. He knows he needs her too, but he doesn't realize how much. Actually what SoAh told him, that he needs Yi Seo to help him make her quit Jangga co; it's because she already saw that Saeroyi's is closer to YiSeo than he realizes; and depends and leans on her too much; something he didn't do with her. It's like their complete opposite but equally strong personalities are the key to defeat Jangga Co. ...Saeroyi and Yi Seo complement and need each other to become a better version of themselves in order to achieve their goals. I'm not sure if this will lead to a romantic relationship though; especially from Saeroyi's part, who still sees her as a a kid (she might also being confusing her supposed feelings of love for him because it's the first time she cares and feels empathy for another person), but there's no doubt their bond is definitely strong.
This sounds good, but...the melodrama tag kinda scares me xD Especially if Seo Kang Joo is in this; after the painful plot of The Third Charm ( in which he was the ML), I got really traumatized xD I kinda liked the drama though, but it was too much of an emotional rollercoaster for me (those who watched it will probably know what I'm talking about lol) and that's not my type of drama...but I'll give this a try, anyways lol xD
I can't believe I made dozens of theories about how Woo Hyuk is a bad guy for nothing. :))
Me too hahaha xD. He would make an excellent psycho in another drama, though xD The actor has a mysterious/suspicious vibe for some reason because I suspected him almost till the two last eps lol.
Well, the ending was nothing special but at least it was nice. I wasn't expecting too much from this drama since I just started this to see Kim Sun Ho, again xD. But It was entertaining; the acting was good; the first part of the drama was very funny; the case about the ghost and the grasshoppers was intriguing (and sad because of the little girl). But the dramatic part of their families was the one that hit close to home for me: being a disabled person or having to take care of a disabled person it's truly hard, lonely and sad sometimes! So, I really empathized with their stories ( I cried a lot with those scenes between Yoo Ryung and her sister; and especially the ones with Ji Seok and his mom :'( ). About their chemistry, I just didn't feel them as a couple (I loved the chemistry between the subway team and their collaboration with metro team though). I'd have preferred if their love relationship had an open ending. In my opinion, they should have stayed as close colleagues for the time being. Ok, since I wasn't expecting too much, I won't complain anymore ( especially about the many plot holes they left unresolved xD). I just want to see Sun Ho in another drama soon :D
just those small skirts lol

... but I think I'll watch it, anyway xD
