Oh I just finished Yongzhou arc on my end , last night just finished the chapter when TY found out that YH was the one who freed his soul. I'm so glad that part was in the drama too although at a different location but it's still in the drama was nice since I love that scene when they had that discussion how they are each other new beginning (fated).

Is the angst on TY? I love TY and honestly I wouldn't mind seeing him getting hurt or injured because I want to see more of the moments where YH cares for him.

TY already does like her I think since he doesn't hate it when she hugs or touch him.

That's really strange. I didn't know there would be different version but the first time I watched on Youku it made sense to me so I'm sticking to the Youku one since that's the original I assume (I only wish they didn't delete the hug and some dialogue scene before the final kiss)

For me I only download from that site mkv (which that was completely cut out) because it is HQ and I want this drama in HQ (1080) instead of the standard 720. Normally I don't care but only download the HQ ones on the dramas I really love.

I haven't watched the one from Dramacool yet, only quickly checked today that it have that part where it was missing in the mkv cut version.

I think I might just wait until Youku release episode 40 on YT so I can download it.... Or otherwise I hope what's uploaded on dramacool will follow the Youku original aired version.

I watched it in Youku previously in the app express pack. I
remember the "I am searching for her, yet not really" part was when he was walking by the river and saw the old man, and then the part about the armour was after he visited the CX mountain when he was walking down the stairs.

I checked Youku version again, that's still the same as per what it was originally only this time they fixed it and added in the missing subs

I don't know which platform you're watching it from though. But Youku should be the correct one since I remember that's how it was originally when it aired although at first that part was missing the English subs

I don't know why I keep putting the novel on hold... Like I am just taking my time to read it for some reason.

I really can't start any new drama even when I know Hidden Love aired today and I have Here we meet again on hold that I have plans to get back into it..

But my mind... I keep coming back to HMH x ZY , TY x YH....

Youku didn't cut the scene about the armour part. TY said that in Chinese. But Youku didn't sub that dialogue in English..

In the MKV drama where you can download in HQ, that scene was cut where TY mention about the dragon armour etc....In dramacool, that part is still in it just wasn't subbed in English on what he said

The only thing Youku cut in the final episode was the hug and some dialogue before the kiss

This is the first Dragon and human romance that I've encountered that has a happy ending which I am eternally grateful for.

You can watch it in drama cool if you're not watching in Youku since I checked dramacool earlier and it had that part in.

If I am going to be honest about how I feel towards him. I didn't like him in Song of the Moon and not a fan of him in that drama.

In BFTB, at first I was skeptical to watch this drama, because I know he was in it, but then I came to watch this drama anyway (don't regret getting into this drama), I was skeptical in liking BXS (Riley's character) at first, but then I did came to like him for obvious reasons when he is the matchmaker for my OTP: Tian Yao x Yan Hui, but then there was also a period of time, where I really dislike(hate) him even, but at the end he got his developments, so I am back to liking him in the end, he's actually among the characters in the story, where I am pleasantly surprise he got that ending in the end. For BXS, I felt like he's a character where I only pick apart the scenes and describe whether I like him or not.

But yeah, considering the episode 19 you're on, it is also the time I hate BXS too LOL

First of all, you need to understand that this is fiction, so you cannot judge them in a realistic setting, since the writer have every intention to not have ML (Tian Yao) explain it to YH so they can build on the characters (respectively) and them as a pairing to make them 'Equal'.

Second, to answer your question "is the path will affect something in the future"? Yes, but I see it as something positive. Since it did make them stronger in the long run, and have ML (Tian Yao) understands that he needs to learn to communicate with YH and explain it to her, since there might not always have a second chance, and Tian Yao did learn this on his end, as we have seen when he wanted to explain the truth to YH when BXS cause the misunderstanding that TY was the one who hit him but it was indeed BXS who just make it look like he did, to earn YH sympathy points. TY went out of his way to explain it to YH, which surprises even YH since she said that this is not something he would do in the past, and Tian Yao said it on his end in reply to her, that he didn't want YH to misunderstood him anymore.

So they are developments, intended from the writers, to have the ML (Tian Yao) NOT explain it in that stab scene, because if he did explain it, then we wouldn't have gotten those developments of Tian Yao learning from it, and then him chasing after YH to earn back her forgiveness in an understandable way. These are all developments that we came to love in the end, because how the writers did it, has built on not only the characters respectively but the pairing coming out at the end of all this to be stronger in terms of their love and their trust for each other.

Also, Tian Yao also said it on his end "I have failed her once, I don't want to fail her again". So again, that's another highlight to show what happened in that scene was definitely needed to build on the character (Tian Yao) and Yan Hui (respectively), because in the end, they both came to trust each other completely and they work together as equal. So that's why for me, I personally understand and I don't hate Tian Yao for not explaining because the writers have given me the developments that I love at the end of all this.

That scene also hurted HMH (the actor who played TY) as well, and he mentioned it in one of the interview where he was watching that scene again, that when he see that scene again, it hurts him where he feel sorry for YH on his end, but he did said that in writing perspective, he understood why it needed to happen, for me, I understood why in terms of writing perspective as well.
