Yeah I love that they are actually married!!!! TWICE!! And how she was like "I am your wife!!"
I love how in the second wedding it shows how happy Tian Yao was since it really shows how much he wants to marry YH!! (It's a difference when compared to their first one). And the fact that they both got Qingqiu and the elves blessings was really nice!!
I am glad she said "I am your wife" there because it shows she acknowledge it on her end!!
Omg I am looking at HMH weibo on my end and going through his posts and just found the clip he posted in episode 27, the scene when he gave her the tiara and in that scene, in his post he quoted "YH, did you know? the moment I gave you the nuptial agreement, you are already officially my wife" ππ
I love them so much and I'm already missing them on my end!!! ππ
But I read that the SML will be getting annoying and going down the unrequited third wheel love again. urghh...
There was a moment in time when most of us do. I wanted to punch BXS face so badly when:
1. He purposely stepped on TY Dragon Tail!!! (I was glad that CL was choking him in that scene after he returned from the Dark Lord)
2: He purposely caused the misunderstanding when he make it look like TY hit him when it was his own doing, and then saying all that to earn sympathy points from YH.
But I read that the SML will be getting annoying and going down the unrequited third wheel love again. urghh...
Not the part when he said to TY: "That's strange, the Ghost Eulogy doesn't belong to you, so what right do you have to say that"? That was when he told YH that he will need to take it from her to hand it over to the Dark Lord. At that time, he was not redeemable (as a matter of fact, he annoyed me then, because he was being a hypocrite since he didn't earn the Ghost Eulogy, the Ghost Eulogy belongs to both TY and YH, but TY chose to give it to YH since he was only helping her obtain it, but BXS at that time when he said that to TY and when he said that he needs to take it from YH, in that specific moment, it really shows that he was only after the Ghost Eulogy since he wants to be free.
I know what happen when he hand it over to the Dark Lord, he was asking for the freedom for YH instead, but still considering what he was going at before all this was annoying (for me). The fact that he revealed he asked for the freedom of YH instead of his own, shows that he has redeemable qualities as well, but he didn't truly redeem himself for me until he put the HPS back into YH, since that is the first true step that go back on the right path for his character for me, in making his character less annoying.
I didn't like BXS during those specific moments, when he was being a nuisance (e.g. those scenes I spoke about), but his character did redeem himself for me in the end, I felt like for BXS is a character where I can only say I like during specific scenes, but not as the overall. Since there was a point in time, I really disliked him, like how he purposely stepped on TY dragon tail (did it on purpose), how he purposely cause the misunderstanding by earning sympathy points from YH. How he was being a hypocrite during those times and saying all that on his end, when he's not any better.
It is kind of ironic for me, because I started of liking his character, then I dislike him during those times, and then I am back to liking him in the end. Considering I am among those who said I wish he's just gone from the story, if he dies, I wouldn't care, but in the end, how he redeemed himself for me, make me glad that he didn't die in the end.
I am glad he gave up and return to the BXS I like in the end, I am not saying what he felt for YH wasn't sincere, I am just saying that his "love" for YH is no where near as deep as TY has for YH. This is how I feel.
But I read that the SML will be getting annoying and going down the unrequited third wheel love again. urghh...
BXS? He redeems himself in the end but not during those times when he was trying to guilt trip FL and earn sympathy points and caused these unnecessary misunderstanding between YH and TY (talking about the part when he make it look like TY hit him when he was the one faking it) during those times I really hate BXS because he was really selfish IMO. He only start to get his character development when he put the HPS back into YH to save both their life. That's the first starting point for him back on the right track!
The SML really lose its charm for me during those times but he got his development later. I kept watching because I love seeing the love TY put in to earn back YH love and forgiveness. For me it does get better in the later episodes.
But yeah, the live-stream in May 2023, they definitely does look like they have gotten closer at least through their interviews and the live-stream as well.
Smiling from ear to ear seeing their offscreen interaction
I love seeing how close and comfortable they are with each other off-screen, from those live-streams, interviews and when they play games together, you can tell from how they talk with each other, they do talk privately very often too!
Yeah Neo(HMH) did said that it is around the same time. He starts to realize his own feelings in Dragon Valley…
Yeah I noticed that too. Like even the other spirits saw how TY dotes on YH when he go out of his way to get baozi for her when he's no longer his familiar ππ he may not know what he actually feels for her at that time but he certainly already did subconsciously placed her to be very special.
And when he actually help her comb and tidy her hair in the dragon valley that's something intimate that only someone like lovers or a family would do. All his actions already shows he has feelings for her already. He just didn't come to realize it until when he's in Dragon Valley . But when he realized it he felt like he doesn't deserve her love because at the very beginning he used her to get the dragon bones and she's always been so sincere and kind to him so when TY came to love her he is really selfless when it comes to her. I love his love and devotion for YH! ππ
I saw this on first watch as well. Especially how he gave 100000 of his hard earned gold to her without expecting…
Thats always the case for re watching dramas again because the second watch is usually when you got emotionally invested into the characters and start to notice these little subtle moments they show that you might have missed at first.
Although for me I noticed those moments at first but the power of watching it again just makes me appreciate it to another level
I am glad she said "I am your wife" there because it shows she acknowledge it on her end!!
I love them so much and I'm already missing them on my end!!! ππ

I really love HMH and ZY IRL. I hope they are together . My heart ship them LOL.
Hope that positivity will continue to stay with them. If they are a real CP they have my support!

I love it when I first watched it and after watching the drama again I love it even more so I don't agree with you about the "not that great" part
Just saying I also love their interactions off screen as well.
But yeah, the live-stream in May 2023, they definitely does look like they have gotten closer at least through their interviews and the live-stream as well.
And I don't know the exact date this interview takes place, but they certainly does feel comfortably close with each other here as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z8Jcq6al0AU&t=3s
For me, I personally really love their chemistry IRL as well.
