I haven’t watched Tunnel because recent years not much free time and have been watching Chinese dramas more than Korean. Will give it a try.

When I was watching it, that was my pet peeve too. Why are they so dumb to waste precious seconds not giving critical info.
But I guess that’s how they dragged it to 16 eps :D

Maybe we watched it when it first aired in 2016 and it was considered great at that time. Nowadays, people’s expectations are higher and they’re used to being armchair critics so naturally criticisms will be aplenty cos everyone have different tastes and expectation.

Read it long time ago but I think characters in the drama are not as hateful as those in the web toon.

This was the question I have when I watch but I think there’s no answer as to how/why it happens.

It kinda builds up slowly... but I think it’s worth persisting.

You can try watching. I think it’s not the scary horror like ghost movie but more of monster horror. If scared try not to watch alone.
I felt it was a great drama but kinda depressing. Characters I grow to like ends up dead while those I hate are still there. It’s like a bleak world with no visible light at the end of a tunnel.

I think because he knows he’s going to turn into one of the monsters. If I recall correctly, he has started getting nose bleed.

Yeah I kept wishing he dies outright instead of turning into a zombie which I expected will be equally as bad as when he is a human

I wasn’t aware there’s going to be a re-make. Will look out for it but it’ll feel different without Gong Yoo.
I remember watching re-make of My Sassy Girl and couldn’t finish it.

Guess it’s really a matter of taste. I love Gong Yoo so may be biased. But after watching the movie it made me look out for Don Lee aka Ma Dong Seok’s movies too (watched Along With The Gods, The Gangster, The Cop and The Devil plus a few other movies of his).
Recently, after watching some zombie related movies and dramas, I re-watched Train To Busan and I still think it’s great.

Sadly, the sequel Peninsula which is supposed to take place 4 years after this incident kinda fell short on my expectation.
You can look it up and watch if you haven’t done so.

If you think this is really good, maybe you can try watching Korean movies I Saw The Devil and VIP. These 2 are some of the movies which I sometimes wish I could 'unsee/unwatch'. It depicts the inhumanity of sadistic psychos.
Not saying this is bad but compared to above two this is quite mild and having it in black and white minimises the gore.
Anyway, synopsis not quite right. I don't think the cops intentionally use Wong To as bait. For a young actress, her acting was great in this movie.

I also read the novel only after knowing Reba will be main lead. So I've already visualised both of them while story unfolds.
While I'd unrealistically want to see YY casted with Reba due to their chemistry in YAMG, I think Allen should play this role well because he's able to portray the 'tortured look quite well while showing the innocence of a jiaoren in human world.
Reba being white 9 tailed fox instead of black is still ok but I do wish he has silver hair and blue eyes.
Nevertheless, can't wait for the drama to be aired.

That was my initial view when watching Under The Power which I watched because of Seven Tan. Surprisingly he grew on me and now I found him endearing.

Hope it’s true. I’ve re-read the ebook few times while waiting for the drama to be aired. Each time also I get teary eyed.

Hahaha... I found him cute too but tbh his habits are quite disgusting if it’s a real person - nose digging, then wiping it everywhere plus scratching his feet in the carriage etc... just ewwww....
