I watched 15 w/o subs and she clearly is insinuating herself back into the family, cozying up to ml’s father. She seems to want to get back with ml now that she has lost everything and has a son to take care of. She moved back into her and the ml’s original place by the ml’s dad and she is just showing up at ml’s place of work whenever she pleases without contacting him first. I still think she will try the “he is your son” trope or imply it to the fl once they meet and of course she will make that happen. What a selfish manipulative biach. I hope ml will clamp down hard on her to stop it quickly as I don’t have the patience to watch the mess for nine more episodes. I’ll just have to wait until last episode airs and watch that for the ending.

Also, these self-serving parents are standing on my last nerve. I don’t know why so many drama parents in these shows treat their kids like slaves who must follow their orders and live in misery to serve the needs and wants of the parents. All of these parents other than ml’s mom are awful and totally shameless. Telling their kids that they are behaving horribly to protect the kids is ridiculous and the guilt tripping is repulsive. No wonder people don’t want to marry at all or have kids when they have no control over their own lives.

Oh yeah she definitely will make trouble. She will tell ml the child is his, it will upset his relationship with fl and then he will find out he isn’t his. Same ‘ole same ‘ole story.

There are no wars, genocide, human abuses or humanitarian crises and anyone who murders is fairly punished and absolutely irredeemable. Wonder who will judge all the murderers? No matter, they all are guilty. Right?

Let’s hope they all die including FL who carried vengeance in her heart and murdered two people! How dare she who committed suicide come back to life again and again! Appalling woman!

Huh, preserve an innocent moment? Meaning you thought it was/should be an innocent moment in a closet, hiding? However, it was on Netflix so they, Netflix, were what? more bold to have the actor kiss that way. It’s true, Netflix is definitely more bold and likely would want something more than a Hallmark Moment full of innocence. However, Hallmark channel shows definitely wouldn’t have the fl repeatedly fantasizing about kissing the male lead either. Lol

Exactly, humans have strong emotions and desires to protect their own and protect their territory (home/country sometimes world) and even things like their views towards how to live (because they don’t want any impact to their lives from others who may not share their beliefs and values). Animals want the same in fact, exactly the same. No one is purely good or evil. Humans are driven by emotions and this isn’t going to change anything soon, lol!

KJCT you must be a celestial being, an angel from heaven. Don’t kill no matter what, don’t protect your loved ones/family/friends that are being threatened with death for protecting you. Stay on the defensive. Never offensive, at the end bow your head and let them be killed (and yourself btw in this story). Admirable, really. The ml did not just “mow down everyone in his path” after his father died. Are we watching the same drama?

The men the ml initially killed were either involved directly in the plot to kill the ml or soldiers under their command. She said in front of all of them she did it to protect the ml which they knew was true. Yup, he killed two of them to get them out of there and threaten the others. He believed her words and he knew they weren’t going to let her off ,that was clear through their words and actions.

Then later when they reach shelter, the fl tells ml about the full plot that the father was going to kill him “using their allies” (including those men/soldiers back at home who were involved in the plot) so ml goes back to try to kill them. Offensive action again.

He didn’t kill innocents. Yes, he came close with the child but he let him go and he (the child) promptly ran to tell the townspeople who then ‘lo and behold decided with the soldiers to track them down and kill them. They were not innocents, they were on a hunt to kill whether they had been lied to or not this was their choice. He wanted to eliminate them from following them, yup he went on the offensive to get them first. I guess they should have kept running with their tails between their legs while being hunted by the “innocents”

Apparently, you are a pacifist which is fine, hopefully you will never have to face any life or death situations in your lifetime. Always being on the defensive is unlikely to work unless you have others to rescue you. I’m a realist and unfortunately I believe pacifists would likely meet their demise first in extreme circumstances. Sadly, that is the nature of man and this world but you can always have hope.

Oh and yes, it is a webtoon, but indeed you jumped in fully to give your strong general opinion on murderers and why the ml character is so irredeemable, so don’t be surprised when others choose to refute you with their pov. People who kill because they are required to in war are then “serial killers” and irredeemably lost according to KJCT’s logic. People who kill to protect others again and again are serial killers too etc etc. If the FL had just divulged what the father was up to they could have tried to escape, minimizing killing to those who tried to stop them.

Instead the fl goes off half cocked and does this on her own and he wakes up shocked to the news. I guess when she killed the father (to save the ml) she then had a chance of becoming a serial killer which is apparently what she does become as she then killed the ml (oh again from her logic/pov she was doing the right thing again). Why didn’t she just slit her own throat after killing the father to keep from becoming a serial killer.? Since that was her destiny and inevitable.

Not everyone who kills one or more times is a serial killer. I simply don’t follow the logic. Serial killers have a mental illness whether they were born that way or it developed from childhood experiences/environment. Not everyone who kills has a mental illness but has their pov for doing it.

Further, they don’t explain about her being pregnant and living to produce descendants or perhaps I missed something? If she lived to have a baby then she, a serial killer, was allowed to live on. Oh perhaps her reasoning for living on is that she must live to protect the child, then raise the child and and and….their she goes with her logic.

Let’s just give everyone who kills the death penalty b/c they have “mutated”. Oooopppss what do we do with the people who carry out the death penalty and where can we ever hope to find soldiers who must agree to die if they kill anyone. Interesting, concept for a movie/drama no?

I agree with you and it is hard to watch women being dumbed down and infantilized over and over. I just can’t fathom men really wanting this in this day and age when all genders have to be mature and work so hard just to get by in the world.

Lastly, for me, this instance was even more off putting because she kept fantasizing about kissing him then pfffttttt…. Again being inexperienced and reluctant is overrated and such a person may find their partner becomes dissatisfied over time if it continues for too long. This used to be called a frigid woman, lol. Just sayin, brothels exist for many reasons and that is one.

I do find it humorous as well that in KPop the singers/dancers show their figures off and sing/dance suggestively (of course they are very popular with the guys) but when it comes to intimacy in many dramas the fl has to be “pure” to be wanted as a marriage partner. Doesn’t necessarily apply to the ml of course. Really? Well, I guess these idols will never be viewed as potential marriage prospects sad for them.

I don’t know why women are shown this way in dramas again and again. Perhaps they want to encourage women in Korea to be this way lol? Greatest watchers of romance dramas are women so perhaps they want to demonstrate this is how you should behave, if so, in the end it will be a lose lose situation for the women, and the men involved with them, who act put off by intimacy. If this isn’t the reason and it’s the actresses themselves (which I find it hard to believe with the competition for roles in the industry) then I don’t know what to say as it must be cultural as a whole to “appear” this way as reality would be completely different. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

I agree with you. I will get hate for this but the FL is driving me crazy with her indecisiveness and waffling. How did she ever make it through the work and dedication it requires to be a firefighter? At this point she has drawn incorrect assumptions and conclusions again and again so you would think she would stop and try to be more measured in her actions and not just freak out with what she thinks she knows atp. For me she isn’t likeable anymore and I just want to shake her to calm down. This is too much and I’m wondering why he loves her at all. What is she doing? Is walking away going to fix anything? Stop this from happening again? No. He already told her she will die before her birthday and she thinks walking away makes any kind of sense. This is just illogical and stupid.

More than you without a doubt! Since I actually work in the industry and have for years, unwarranted comments as to whether an actor is suitable for a role by those not involved in the decision making AND before the drama is actually produced are rather silly (that’s being kind). Keep prejudices or preconceived ideas about an actor to yourself until you actually see how he does. How can actors develop when they can only be typecast in roles you expect. That’s what I know about “everyone” making statements about an actors suitability especially an actor who has not had many roles. That’s what I know Atom from Japan.
