It's kind of like badly done porn. The sex scene in Love in the Air was less explicit, but hotter. I am in favor of sex scenes in tv series (because most people in relationships have sex) but these definitely looked like bad college hookups. I mean, maybe that is the point, but Fah and Sher are talking like they are both sex gods, but honestly, they both seem to be pretty bad at it. But as long as they are having fun, I guess... (Also, the raw-dogging in the bathroom stall was amazing, so true to life!!! Who hasn't gotten fucked bareback with no lube in a club bathroom after a long night out... 👀👀👀👀)
my one dislike is how they baby Eiw. I know I know everyone is just overly protective of him but still
How old are they all supposed to be??? I mean, Earth is like 25 in real life. And the college girl is into the one kid. Hopefully, they are like seniors in high school??? but the translation said junior high? In the US, junior high is 13-14 year olds...
This is like the slowest slow burn ever... I love it, but I hope the payoff is worth it. It makes me nervous, because if I watch it for months and the ending sucks, I'm going to be mad, but hopefully there will be a sweet, well done, happy ending.
oof, not good. The timeline was confusing and most of the characters were just annoying. Fah seems like a total asshole, "he won't leave unless I dump him". Way to treat people like shit, Fah.
The actor who plays Sherbet is really cute, but this (like Check Out) is a great example of how showing some skin and some sexy scenes doesn't make up for bad writing and directing. I might come back in a few weeks, but I'm gonna drop this one for now.
I can't continue this - I have to demote it to "scan for shirtless scenes." It was the piggy-back ride that killed…
I just like the scenes when Jimmy and Sea stare at each other and there is pretty music playing in the background (but not the awful song they sang together, the one they played on the beach, that killed the moment for me)
The flow of the story is not very good; there will be an episode where the plot progresses and then 2 episodes where barely anything happens, or it seems like things move backwards for no real reason. But damn, Jimmy and Sea are cute together. And I love Perth as the (kinda, sorta) villain!
That accidental kiss killed this for me. I think maybe BL in general is just stale and tired. Really, bounced…
Like, there is that clip circulating on the internet of Jackson Wang accidentally brushing lips with a dude in a club and it was nothing like these accidental kiss scenes haha
Personally, i cringed sooo hard. I mean, virgin shaming is so 10 years ago...
I thought it was interesting that they used an anti-gay slur. Despite the (possible) fantasy elements, they seem to be going for more realism. I like it!
