Exactly. When watching a C-drama get ready from the start to let the common sense out of the door. But so far I had not serious issues with the plot of this one, except for the usual trope they kept a good amount of common sense on.

I doubt we will gonna see a season 2 of Princess Agents now with all the chaos with the copyright issues that the author had recently.

She's stabbing him in episode 18-22 on the night of their wedding (according to the new teaser released). And the stabbing is due to a misunderstanding, he won't die. Is still yet to know if is a sad ending, because I watched 12 episodes and I don't think is gonna be a sad ending. And the show is spectacular, worth every minute of watch!

As I anticipated, Viki has put vikipass on this. Sadly I can't watch there anymore after ep 6.
iQIYI is also broadcasting this with english subs, strange is they doesn't advertise it at all, and is not on the main page. You need to search for it in order to find it. There's also no VIP episodes in advance.

According to various sources, both ML and FL traveled together recently to record the MV of the drama. Usually when this happens, the same month the drama gets broadcast. It happened in the past. I guess a licence have been acquired. Nothing official though.
