Highly recommend watching at least the first 2 eps because it sets up the series and anthology foundation very well. Great mix of crime & ghost world

I would also agree and say their writing and treatment of female characters is one of the shows weakest point. I get that they’re driving in the parallel world distinction but that doesn’t mean they need to write YTY so inconsistently. She has like 5 PhDs and surely out of anyone she would believe time travel & parallel worlds are possible?! The damsel in distress quality is not needed, neither is the shoehorned awkwardness of being unsure how to deal with the ML.

I liked how they left it quite organically. They’ve done well to address the different elements of the relationship in previous episodes. I think it fits within their character’ personalities & there was strong mutual understanding. Maybe sometimes we don’t need it to be defined and can still be a strong kind of love?

The leads are so polite to each other and just so precious, I’m dying at this slow growing budding relationship.

This is the first time I’ve followed an ongoing 50/100 EPs drama & I cannot believe after watching weekly it’s all over. Gonna miss it all, this for sure has a special place in my heart

Does anyone know what the revised schedule is for this show? Any updates how they’re filming the rest of the series?

This is such a lovely change in pace for me, considering I’m watching so many thriller, adrenaline rush esque ones. I’m not usually patient in romantic melo but the first episodes have hooked me.

Also, the soundtrack is SPOT on so far, goodness have they got OST legends for this one coming!

Alice I would say is off to a good start but depends on your preferences. I’d say either keep watching the first few episodes of FOE to see the setup & see if you wanna continue.

I’d say also hold on. New dramas are coming this month - a few have been COVID-19 delayed! Record of Youth is starting this week!

I think it’s hard to compare these two seasons. Absolutely different flavours & it’s interesting how they can utilise pacing for effect in this series. I can see why people might see it being slow but I sense this build up is going to pay off. Patience is key!

The first two episodes sets up the series well. Worth checking out to see if you wanna carry on. For now it’s a ghost/ missing person case of the week to solve, with an overarching plot that’s slowly developing as the series goes along.
