I was watching Royal Rumours, FL smash the walnut and then I watch Go Ahead, the young child actors spill a whole basket of walnuts. Every drama I watch have walnuts! Chinese love their walnuts or do I happen to pick dramas that have walnuts scenes? 😂😂😂

Second episode in, I'm wondering she dresses so femininely in the bride gown but no-one suspect shes a girl? Logic out the window...

Because I already watched the drama, I honestly don't understand how the emperor can let his servants starve her even if hes pretending to dislike her. Is there not one confidante around him that can secretly help her at least where her basic needs are concern? YT may be bad omen in the eyes of the mortal people but shes also a princess who was promised to be the Void future crown princess and future Queen of the Voids. They should know they cannot kill her because QK may died too as their pain sense are connected. And when they're mistreating her, aren't they worried YT may come back as Void's Devil someday and enact revenge on the mortal realm? (Not that she will do it)

I remember I did. For his first drama, I think he did a fine job. He was sweet, handsome, attractive and does carry a certain air of nobility appropriate with his role as prince. He may've been new but there wasn't much of anything to dislike about his acting there.

If hes anything like he was in Dreaming Back to Qing Dynasty (the only drama of his that I watched, and that was his first drama back in 2019) and ever since he has had several dramas where hes the ML (with good reviews) in between which had help honed his acting skills so I am expecting good thing from him.

Thanks, I actually did before typing the comment. They were wearing the costumes but they were being their real-life selves, not their characters which I'm sure they would carry differently with demeanors of gods/goddesses. They all look great but I still can't feel the chemistry, so waiting for that trailer and for the drama to air. I hope it'll be another groundbreaking xianxia drama.

Lu Si and An Yu...what an odd pairing. Well not so odd, its just I can't picture at all how they'll be like together. This could be quite refreshing and the story seem interesting. I look forward to see what kind of sparks/chemistry they will have onscreen.

Lol this seem like a question for the last episode. Though I heard a little that in the Novel, they each live in their respective realms (Heaven and Void) but for the Drama version, it make more sense that they all live in DongQiu together as one big happy family.

Ep 3 Thoughts:
~Poor QK on her bath, would like to see YT bath scene in heaven too
~Pure Air replacing food is funny. Other dramas at least has special god grown fruits thats helps with cultivation but here it seem like the only fruit available in Heaven is the fruit of taboo. Lol
~Heaven Emperor is like the nitpicky mother-in-law.
~I did'nt expect to get such a kiss scene already, im not complaning

My thoughts....
I like Di LanJue puppy bow and his plan to kidnap both brides to win YT's heart. Love that Man Man was also in agreement, wanting her bestie to marry her young master.
~YQ's face when he reviews what YT said in his desire shards, pfft like he wants to find a hole to bury himself under.
~Then there's the most epic bride-switching scene in all of C-Dramaland! Kudos to CF!
~YT honestly told him he got the wrong bride but YQ did not believe her. I thought ah so in his heart he already legit take her as his wife and there's no fighting that. He didn't doubt it at all, although he knows she lies and is mischievous which I find weirdly sweet. XD
~The Love bridge further solidifies that they are fated and YQ ponders how he going to spend his life with her. Another beautiful, iconic scene in C-Dramaland. YQ's taken aback face when YT held on to him as they cross the bridge was hilarious; like he was afraid he would fall for the love of his life! lol (ah the first time I heard this song sung by Sa DingDing, it gave me goosebumps, its so good. as always SDD's voice is amazing)
~I have to say, YT was so friendly and talkative with all the other gods on first meeting. Its so cute and innocent of her although she was eyeing those artifacts. A stark difference from YQ, she's full of desires/worldly obsessions.
~Kinda feel bad for YT that she never had such a nice place to live in like TianPa Hall before, when she does its under QK's name. =/

Thinking back to my initial thoughts on each character when they were introduced in Epi. 1...

YT: Although she has a bad childhood, I hope she's not the mean/jealous type. For a mistreated princess, she looked well-fed tbh. Her purple eyebrow is really hip. XD How is she gonna use those 2 hidden weapons she put by her boots? (Later when she meets YQ...) ~Okay, I love you now, you're my type of girl! ~ Does she know how to play the flute?
QK: Here we a have a goody too shoe, privilege princess. Also hoping her personality isn't fake.
YT & QK: For twins, they don't really look alike. ~Oh they actually care a lot about each other and share the same pain. interesting...
Emperor Tun: How can you treat and imprison your child like that?! It doesn't make sense, shes still a princess!
Man Man: A bird sidekick! I think I'm gonna love her!
Heaven Emperor: Why are you asking your children to take on such a heavy task at such a young age? Why don't you do it then pass on your throne to your eldest? Another dad I'm not gonna like...
Heaven Mother: She look kind and so pretty and young!
YQ: He looks so lifeless and aloof. Unlike other ML, he doesn't seem that cold but hes just so awkward it's really funny! Oh hes very considerate. He spoke up for QingKui being a widow if he dies. ~That "no touch but I'll protect you" fight scene was good.
QingHeng and Ziwu: Nicely cast! They're cute and Ziwu was CXX sister in his other drama too.
Fei Chi: A dragonfly!
Wudai: So brawny...
CF: He looks exotic with the mole on his forehead. Hes good looking tho but seem sly

First Impression: I like everything so far about this drama. Haven't skip any parts. The siblings relationship are precious and loving the bromance between the fathers as well. The mothers are really the issue here and would've liked that they didnt portray most of them in such a negative light because there are great mothers out there too.

This is a coming-of-age story, theres bound to be funny and immature moments so people who watch this should really be patience and give it chance to develop because its truly heartwarming. If you can't, this is not the drama for you.

Omg, he keeps making me fall for him.... I love that he can still get back in those characters even after hes all finished filming the drama for months already. Maybe those shards are a part of his life now! <3

Hes also my favorite! Beside being gentle and considerate, he is talented and manly, at the same time, pretty to look at. Love them curls lol Hes a playboy I know but him getting beat up by the girls was hilarious and its not like hes a completely evil jerk. Not to mention, I love it when he say "Ay..." when he talks, so iconic. Like when he thought to himself that YT is "Ay, hao ke ai" (how cute). He can make a girl blush hard because hes the most romantic shard 💕💕💕

To be honest with you, I only heard him actually say "Don't be afraid." He didn't say "I'll protect you" but he held his hand out, getting ready to protect her in that scene so I guess the subtitle interpreted it that way which isn't far from the truth
