YES. The fact that the daughter couldn’t stay apart from her dad for a single day. Yet she didn’t even mention him after he passed away, let alone missed him. it’s like they never knew each other. At first I thought I missed an entire episode or smth. I’m finding it really hard to get through the episodes after that.The husband’s twin was mentioned but they just left it like that. Still can’t figure out if Tae Oh is a good guy or not. It seems like they are forcing romance between him and FL, which is so hard to watch. Unless there is a twist and they address all these again, idek what was point of introducing that plot device. Not sure how they’ll wrap it up in 2eps.
The only character at this point that I empathise and root for is Akhee. The reason I’m not invested in this drama is because of the main characters Sajo Hyun and Yeon Wol. In the beginning both had their own struggles and traumas. But all of that lost focus and became mixed up with palace politics, the magical aspect, all at the same time. Apart from the stiff acting of fl, Yeon Wol character has fallen off after the former king died. Yeon Wol’s character feels more like a side character now whose life revolves around the king. Same for Sajo Hyun. It’s just planning to take down Sajo Yoong and missing each other, on repeat with them. I always see Akhee as a fun character but liked Sajo Hyun more in the beginning. I agree with many people who feels like everything is mixed up. I don’t think the plot is messy but the execution definitely is.

I hope they go more into SL couple’s storyline to keep the drama interesting. Comedy is subjective, I love the over the top comedy, which I totally understand some might find cringey. I wished they showed more of the flashbacks in the beginning because I love the academic rivals trope. However at this point I also don’t think it’s necessary anymore (unless it’s relevant to the mystery part of the plot) because they have pretty much shown everything.

I think some people are looking too much into to mental health issues of this drama. I get that some people might think that this must be about healing and mental health but I take it as a rom com with a mix of that. So for those who are worried about how realistic mental health and medical aspect of the drama are actually portrayed will be disappointed. The drama’s main focus is rom com.

Idk about other accounts but I have encountered one of the users before in many comment sections. The user have degraded kdramas they don’t like and the fans by giving the same reasoning -‘fans like anything trash as long as it’s their favorite oppa’. As if they’re the only one with a functioning brain! This isn’t their first offence. Normally, their comments are ignored because the fans are mature enough. There are super fans in this drama who are very defensive. So this has resulted into childish drama between fans and haters. It’s better to ignore that troll account. You’ll know which one I’m talking about when/if you happen to come across them again. It’s the same pattern.

Hmm fair enough. it’s your personal choice after all. I was really disappointed with Song Kang’s styling and role in this drama. I’ve seen how charismatic he is in other roles so I expected more with his role as a demon. it’s not entirely the actors fault, he has to work with how little he’s given. I used to find Park Shin Hye annoying too. I thinks it’s because of the roles she played in Hiers and doctors. Her excessive ponytail swinging in Heirs bugged me. I find her acting a bit over the top sometimes but that’s just my opinion and it didn’t justify the intense annoyance I had towards her. I stopped watching her dramas. This drama looks very promising and she’s doing really well.

They could’ve elevated the looks by playing with hairstyle, makeup & jewellery but it was the same hair, similar makeup every episode except for the wedding day. Not saying they were bad, I would totally wear them but seriously, is really worth the hybe you’re giving? I don’t see anyone raving about her outfits.

He looks amazing in all his other dramas so it’s a shame. They did him dirty. Kim Yoo Jung is gorgeous in everything she wore ngl. However, she looks like a highschooler cosplaying as a CEO. She should’ve changed up her hair and makeup. It’s the same for every role she has taken. So it’s hard to distinguish her roles and take her seriously as a CEO when I just watched play a high schooler/college student with the same look.
Take Ahn Bo Hyun for eg- His role in Yumis cell and Flex C cop is nothing alike. Ofc his acting is the major factor but styling plays a huge part too. It’s more convincing.
