They’re more popular globally because of Hallyu wave. I do agree that some of the cdramas are sub par compared to average kdrama. I don’t watch cdramas often but every now and then the ones I watch are leagues above some of the most popular kdramas. Nowadays it’s rare to find kdramas that are as good as the cdrama ones, maybe it’s just me.

Thanks to the haters and trolls I can finally say this- It’s the same recycled fantasy romcom kdrama. I didn’t drop it as I didn’t have anything to watch while it was airing. KYJ as a CEO isn’t convincing for me. I think her hair and make up is exactly the same as her last few roles, correct me if I’m wrong. In few scenes where she switched up her makeup she does look like her part. I didn’t like Song Kang in this role and I hated the styling. Overall, I struggled to finish this drama.

The only reason I’m not dropping this is because I want to see sfl to suffer. Also, SML is gorgeous but his scenes are boring. The bond /chemistry between him and FL is not convincing at all. Idk what backstory they have but I’m not shipping any guy with a married woman. They’re forcing a possible romantic relationship between them which I find super annoying. I hope they remain good friends in the end.

I get what they’re trying to do but 4 episodes is too much. At least at the end of ep4 there is some kind of revelation/realisation. Hopefully it won’t go around in circles again and the plot will take off from there.
This show is going around in circle. Same thing every episode. FL gets confused, is harmed, suspects a person but turns out to be wrong and loses her mind, on repeat.
