surprisingly enjoyable and light, doesn't drag at all. I hope it keeps this pacing for the entire show. Although i'm not a fan of either of the leads I'm really liking them here especially dilraba
can someone tell me exactly what the letter was in the end?? does it mean joonyoung was in a runaway counselling centre? or did she reach out to the centre for them to help her find him
A roller coaster... Though I wasn't too crazy about the ending I didn't hate it either. I wish they were a bit…
for example it's very hard to believe that they could not find any trace of joon young for a year..I feel like he may have been helped by dr. kim or some other adult. maybe sunwoo ended up finding out where he was and chose not to go to him herself, but wait for him to come home on his own. I also feel that the ending may have most likely been her imagination and he took much longer than a year to reach out to her. Man i went from hating joonyoung to feeling so much pity for him at the end. idk what i would do if I was in his place with parents like that. sunwoo just could never completely let go of that trash man and that's very realistic unfortunately.
tae oh is such a coward and an ass. the fact that he hit joonyoung just to take out HIS own guilt on him...his response to guilt eating him up was to lash out at the son??? I'm still not that fond of joonyoung because of how harsh he is towards his mother but I found him pitiful in ep 14
I am not feeling this 180 degree shift in dr.sul's character. for her to go from trying to tear sunwoo down by trying to take her job, hiding Tae oh's affair etc. to suddenly be on this woman empowerment crusader act is laughable??? now she's acting like she care's about sunwoo after 10 episodes of being awful to her??? this is dumb
I knew tae oh would still have feelings for sunwoo considering how long their relationship and marriage was. On the other hand his obsessiveness and stalker-ish behaviour (and sunwoo's message to dakyung "you don't know tae oh") made me wonder if he showed that obsessiveness when he also first got together with sunwoo
damn this comment section is so messy lmaooo. anyway since we're basically halfway I want to give some thoughts. -first, how did lian song become even more lovable here than he was in tmopb?his scenes with siming and his dynamic with DH makes me smile so much. In fact I really enjoy all the scenes with the lian song-siming-chengyu trio. I'm so so happy the original actors reprised their role and I like this chengyu even more than the old one since her and feng jiu seemingly being closer in age gives off a nicer dynamic imho. (i also don't mind her age gap with LS). It's always nice when supporting characters don't bore you to death.
-second the pacing; yes it is slow but I love slow build ups so this is right up my lane. I like seeing DH and FJ relationship slowly evolve through all their twists and turns. If thats not your thing and you're impatient I can understand why you would be bored.
-third; all these angry comments comparing it to tmobp absolutely make no sense. How many times do ppl have to repeat this is not a sequel and its own stand alone story lol.
-finally about the leads; my only complaint is I wish they were together more often(in human form pls) in the sky kingdom but that's just me being impatient. Really really enjoying it so far; the leads evolving relationship plus the supporting characters interactions have made it an enjoyable watch. I also agree with most that the mortal realm eps were boring (Qingti was the best part of them, my baby). Can't wait for the next eps!
p.s if you're commenting something from the book pls tag it as a spoiler for ppl who haven't read it like me :(, since they seem to be following the novel closely.
Why does he have to play a part as a BL combo to make it big.? I would love to see him in a really good drama,…
he doesn't have to play in a BL to make it big but BL is a trend now that attracts both international and domestic fans and I personally would like him to also get more international fans as well

"Those who wait, win. Yoon ki coin is skyrocketing. People of yoon ki group please raise your hand.." LMAO
