Keto diet is very healthy, in fact its the healthiest diet out there , ur energy comes from fat so u can also…
Nope, I completely disagree. Please do not spread this nonsense. "A ketogenic diet has numerous risks. Top of the list: it's high in saturated fat. McManus recommends that you keep saturated fats to no more than 7% of your daily calories because of the link to heart disease. And indeed, the keto diet is associated with an increase in "bad" LDL cholesterol, which is also linked to heart disease.
Other potential keto risks include these:
Nutrient deficiency. "If you're not eating a wide variety of vegetables, fruits, and grains, you may be at risk for deficiencies in micronutrients, including selenium, magnesium, phosphorus, and vitamins B and C," McManus says."
Didn't you pay attention?! She had health-conditions which made them choose the " healthy food restrictions".…
250 calories per day* This equates to about half a pound lost per week. 500-700 calorie deficits, which seem to be more popular, are a bit harder to stay consistent with and might encourage overeating in the long run. I say it’s a marathon, not a sprint, so just trust the process. God I wish I followed my own advice ㅠㅠ

Small caloric deficit of about 250 calories, 50/50 strength training and cardio, 80/20 “rule” with food so basically prioritize Whole Foods but also indulge in moderation. 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight, general recommendations about carb and fat intake (not sure of the exact breakdown as I don’t really focus on it). She won’t be hungry, will build muscle, and will be eating even more than she is used to since she’s gonna be doing more exercise than ever. A few rest days a week (maybe some walking or stretching but that’s it). This is really the ideal way (imo) to start a healthy lifestyle and shed the pounds. Might take a while but it will be sustainable.
If you find it hard to accept realistic things in drama. Better skip this.
It kind of ruins it to know that she doesn’t end up with him though. At least in life you don’t know if you’re gonna break up with someone so you have hope. With this there’s no hope at all.
