What happened with king the land? (Im kinda on fence with that drama too)
depends on who you ask. some of us were expecting a similar drama to business proposal but KTL is definitely weaker. I’m kind of in the camp of people who aren’t too jazzed about the drama, but I’ve been warming up to it lately.
Pretty stale quite honestly. You're probably going to get either people saying it's great or it's disappointing, and both would be for the same reason: there's not much in terms of plot. I think this is purely a "vibes" drama, and so far the vibes are not vibing for me, but they're vibing for other people
Just watched the original, don't think I've seen Ahn Hyoseop play a playful character like Li Zi Wei played by…
Go watch 30 but 17 I'm begging you! It's from 2018 so he was quite a bit younger (considering he's only in his late twenties right now) but he was the SML and played a really cute teenager/nephew to the ML. At least watch some clips, he literally stole my heart in that drama
I don't think the leads from season 2 and season 3 would want to return again... The great thing about this industry is the variety of projects the actors can work on because most dramas are one and done. Imagine doing a third season of the same exact character/kdrama...
King the Land is this year's Business Proposal pretty much
Agreed. Took me about 5 hours to get through the first 2 episodes of KTL because of how slow it was. Kept taking breaks. Very generic leads too. How are you feeling about SYIM19thL?

Seems like it. Not a big fan of office rom coms but thought I should try it out since I was craving something light. Fantasy rom coms are where it's at though
