I've really enjoyed the drama so far (I've watched up to ep. 18) I hope it continues with strong female characters, and logical plots. I am a big fan of Seven and I like Kenny in this role. I know he's the man everyone likes to hate right now but he's never boring and I hope he gets some good character growth.
I am loving all the friends too. None of them have really bugged me. I don't even dislike the ex. She's his childhood crush, and is his close friend, we get to see that the ML does know how to be a considerate human being. She's just recovering from a breakup and she knows the ML used to like her. It makes sense for her to be attracted to her good friend. I don't like it because I know she's not the end game CP but it's better than the ML always wondering about what could have been.
Both the ML and FL need to confront their old crushes. At least in this story.
I do think he is a total knob regarding everyday matters, example: can't make coffee, needed to be trained on how to aid the sick. I find it funny that he is attracted to mothering types. It really dismantles his cool, cold CEO persona.
I agree. I think they both want to be treated more seriously so they might do a more serious drama together. But I think it might be nice if they are in a comedy.

I think there was a lot of misunderstanding on her part but he’s not really the type to shoot her down bluntly, especially as coworkers and a friend. I can understand her better if she hadn’t been so underhanded and rude for most of the story. She was written as a very typical drama love rival. I wish her character had been more professional, and likeable. I do think the problem with “nice guys” like the male lead is they don’t want to cause conflict which can make some people have false hope. But even if that is the case, she doesn’t need to rat him out to his parents all of the time, she could have just talked to him about her concerns, and she should never have been rude to a patient’s family member just because she is jealous.
Oh Dr. Gao, you can't win a man that way. Not that I want you to. But for such a smart doctor, you seem very foolish. In this adorable show, I find her visits to Dr. Gu's mom very annoying. Who wants to be with someone who is always running to your mother and telling on you?

It’s not really a triangle. He’s alone in his affection. It’s actually pretty funny how clueless she is to him. They know there feelings midway but really only get together near the end. The actress is 15/16 so don’t expect kissing scenes.
This drama really deserves more views. It's really good! I highly recommend it if anyone is looking for a school romance drama. The cast and storyline are very likeable.

But this show was really cursed with the Nike ban, rumours being spread about many contestants, bad editing, rumour voting issues, VIP access. Even Chuang 2021 airing at the same time. It's been a bit endless.
Some of the boys are from big firms and they might get to shine going solo. But some of them are from smaller agencies, I hope they can get opportunities after this. As for Tony I hope all the rumours can be cleared up and he can somehow move on with his life.

It's not a rumour the show was shut down and being investigated. I'm just posting a news story as to one of the reasons why. Sure the pictures can be from last year. But that doesn't discredit the fact that netizens complained about it to the gov't and it's one of the many issues plaguing the show.

The real competition is between who can keep their noses clean, and get enough backing from powerful people or fandoms.
I can't say whether or not the results are scripted but I am suspicious about all the leaks, scandals, that seem to happened just as someone's popularity is rising. It's hard to tell the truth from the lies.
