I also want the brothers to stop fighting each other and team up. ZY and SJ fights are getting a little tedious.

It often happens with adaptation, but I just think extending YBC role was meaningless. I also think they should have had Xiao Lin play the friend not the brother in the dream sequence, it would explain his feelings of love for Susu, in this immortal arc. Di Mian should have stayed dead, and they should have had kept the ghost sequence. But maybe they thought audiences whould be creeped out by a child size Susu following TJ around.

I'm sorry but reading this thread of who should suffer more is too funny. I think they are both suffering...it's kinda the point of the drama. They are both between a rock and a hard place. But I am looking forward to the both of them understanding one another and how much they care about each other. But the saddist out there, I think it will hurt the both of them.

I have a question for those who read the book. I too have read it but the last 70 chapters were machine translation so I am unclear on one point.

Basically neglecting her and letting Tian Huan destroy the little clams home and family. When SJ turns it’s really very satisfying. I hope they do it justice in the drama. Also a little sad that they made the SML her brother in the dream sequence. I would have liked the SFL to know her husband had a crush on her sister after the dream.

When I read the dream arc I honestly loved it. The character development of Sang Jia really got to me. In the drama version I feel like we saw more romance then was needed and too much screen time for SFL. Really the idiot in this storyline is Ming Ye, for ignoring her and then holding back his feelings.

He has already had a bad experience when he tried to report to his mom. That incident will have scarred him. When your own mom doesn't take your side you won't have faith in strangers doing so regardless if there are witnesses or cameras.

I kinda knew what her opinion would be since she didn't like Song Wei Long in Go Ahead (whose performance I really loved). She's pretty bias against him. Also she loves to nitpik on people's accent. If he had used a voice actor she would have made a comment about how the same voices actors are getting used and that she keeps seeing other actors in him.

I have mixed feelings about Avenue X but I still watch her since I don't read mandarin and she does have an opinion even if half the time I disagree with her.

I also disliked how the WOH and Zhang Zhenhan played out. And for a while I ignore most of Cnet news because the whole industry was distrubing me. But I did come back because I love dramas...

I think a loving relationship is the best kind of romance. But at the end of the day it's just my perspective. I also think the other couples are nice too. They have a different dynamic. And depending on the viewers taste I can see that they would seem more...Intimate.

But for me finding someone, who knows you so well, to whom you have such a strong bond, that people feel like you've been with them forever (as you say an old marry couple). That's really lovely.

Anyways, it's okay we can disagree.

And for me the romance comes when the ML or FL do their best to support their spouse, even when it could be a huge problem for themself.

Like:
1 - When the FL wanted to open a business
2 - ML needed to host the party
3 - FL wants to help her friends
4 - ML goes to his father to try and get the FL as his main wife.

There are a lot of moments like this that might be too subtle to notice, when we are enjoying the sisterhood or brotherhood relationships. But that to me is what makes their relationship so much sweeter.

But as a long time romance lover I would say there is a lot romance. But just not a lot of skinship.

Just my opinion.
