All those unfortunate events are solely Jin’s fault. Starting with the Phenix’s failed assumption and by giving away the magical umbrella to that egocentric wench. This idiot is responsible for everything. I actually really hope that he perishes or he sacrifices himself or he removes himself from the storyline at the end. I can’t believe that he is the progéniture from the 2 main leads of “Ancient Love Poetry.”
Even after Jin got his powers and became a true god like his parents. I still get annoyed by him. His character was childish from episode 1 to episode 40. I liked this Xianxia but hated the ML character.
Ok… I am completely confused, here… Ren and Ning did not die? How in the drama-magic that happened?
Anyhow… Based on the scenes that we actually watched… They killed off all the 5 ancient avengers. Plus Ren. Hmmm🤔… Should I call the writers unique or simply sadistic?
A high-quality series with pleasant music and even more pleasant actors left me in no doubt that this is a product…
I just started this BL and I am actually enjoying it. Is this BL completely absurd… far-fetched… unrealistic… the beginning of their interaction is darkly problematic (And that is to put it in the simplest terms…)? YES! ALL OF THE ABOVE! However somehow, there is an undeniable spark between the 2 main leads that I can’t deny.
Did this BL win an award for “The Most Cringe BL Ever Made…?” Because it is surely the most CRINGE BL that I have ever came across.
I only started this because I saw Saint was a cameo; however now, I don’t know… The cringe level is too extreme. And there is absolutely nothing cute about that Toh character… Literally and figuratively…
It is unfortunate that no one from the Korean entertainment industry publicly supported him. Support from colleagues/friends…
It is upsetting. I watched some entertainers wearing colorful outfits during their annual end of year awards this week… I was really expecting that they all would be wearing either black or muted colors, as a sign of respect for his tragic passing… That was distasteful. Very much so.
I 100% agree. It is going to take me a long, long, long time before I can watch a Korean production again. We ought to boycott all Korean productions for a while. They will never learn nor want to address these tragic recurring incidents…Unless they are loosing money.
Now they are investigating the entire thing…Tragically too late. They forced him to end his life and now they…
The blackmailers… The police officers… The prosecutors… The Korean media… The Netizens… All of them are corrupted. All of them are to blame. They all forced him to end his life. (And many of them are still dragging him through the mud… Even after his tragic death.) This is simply repugnant!
To tell you the truth… It is going to take me a long, long, long time before I can watch a Korean production again. We ought to boycott all Korean productions for a while. They will never learn nor want to address these tragic recurring incidents…Unless they are loosing money.
Is it so difficult for 'Them' to accept the truth? Or are they once again just want to be a hero? Obviously the…
Now they are investigating the entire thing… Tragically too late. They forced him to end his life and now they are trying to cover their a$$es.
And bringing a kid with her… Please! Wait, is she looking for pity? I think that it is more inappropriate to bring a kid with you so the news can record it. What’s next… A wheelchair…?
From the original blackmailers to the police officers to the prosecutors and finally, to the public media… They are all not to be forgiven. NEVER!

To be forced to this extreme limit is simply unforgivable… Simply unforgivable… The world has lost one of his greatest talent… Once again. Our prayers are with his family and his friends. May he rest in peace!
Sorry mate… Every single romance arc in that drama simply left me cold. I simply didn’t feel any chemistry nor dynamic between them. Their 360 degrees turn developments were unimaginative. They were just bizarre.
Alright, if I was not sold before… Now, I am completely sold… This is a darn good costume drama.
And I love, love, love the FL. Her character conveys everything that I picture of what a female assassin should be. - Badass fighter - Intelligent - Stoic - Resourceful (Really resourceful) - With a hint of dry humor (Ok, with a large hint of dry humor) Liu Shi Shi is simply perfect for the role. Her persona is on point! I loved her character in “Lost Love in Times” and I am loving her, once again, in this costume drama.
Now, let’s talk about the ML. I have no complaints whatsoever. Liu Yu Ning was never one of my favorites… However after this, i am gradually changing my mind. His very first male lead role… I really don’t have any complaints so far.
This was the first time while watching a drama where the FL Came on scream doing what she does and i actually…
Completely! Her character reminds me of that female assassin character in “Ancient Detectives.” Roles like these need more than a pretty face… Roles like these also need a certain persona, disposition that not all actors and actresses can convey.
The ML is useless for REAL!
I watched this Xianxia for the FL and the storyline.
Definitely not for the ML.
It has gradually become a go-to format in Chinese Wuxias and Xianxias lately…
The immature useless male lead…
GO FIGURE!

Very much so.
Enough is enough already.

However now…
I am utterly disenchanted with South Korea, in general.
The scariest part… China is not too far behind them.
It is going to take me a long, long, long time before I can watch a Korean production again.
We ought to boycott all Korean productions for a while.

Considering how astute the ML is…
I really hope… He already knows that he has been poisoned.

This only means that our critical thinking abilities are not yet coerced by our environments.
We are not going to say it was good because everyone else is saying so…
