How is it petty to want to support the actual creators? If you got robbed out of your ideas you would be petty…
I was rooting for the director who stood up for the script and his cast during the post-production. I was rooting for XuXu because I am a huge fan of him. However, I have to admit that at the end; I find the final product ludicrous.
SOMEONE PLS KILL ME ... JUST KILL ME.......Chinese dramas make me cringe so hard. The poker faced girl (or maybe…
I totally agree. As for the FL… Well, everything I needed to say about her acting… Has been already said back in Legend of Awakening. At this point, I would be just repeating myself. How she gets all these leading roles and coupled with all these big-names actors… is very questionable.
can someone catch me up on what's going on? why is this drama so popular and have such high ratings? is it that…
No, it is not good. Its massive popularity is all done by idol-fanbase. I am a huge fan of XuXu and esports games; however, this is where I say… What The Hell😡
Wow! One more “This damn story is not going nowhere” episode. I have a question: How did they manage to make a BL drama about 2 good looking men… So boring?
Not a bad Wuxia for the first few episodes, even with the flamboyant colors and the interesting fashion styles - Circa 1980… However, the pixels or the no-pixels are non-exsistant. I have to use my imagination to construct the images.
It is amusing… Ye Kai, here, played by Yu Qing Bin is the ancient encyclopedia (Ancient Wikipedia); just as Xie Yun/Anzhi/Xiao Chuan/Qian Suiyou played by Wang Yibo was the ancient encyclopedia in Legend of Fei.
When I first saw a poster for it in which the FL is holding the ML's lapel, leaning back, wearing a red dress,…
I have seen way skinnier actresses and actors. Lulu Xu’s body weight pretty much looks to me like, the standard in the Chinese film industry. But what her body fat index has to do with her natural acting skills, anyway?
This drama is lighthearted comedy drama, so much laughter , cross fire is heavier drama. I can’t compare both…
Yes. I also noticed the fast speed, as well. I think that I am seriously suffering from Boys Over Flowers’ Syndrome, once again. While the entire world of drama-viewers is going gaga over Falling Into Your Smile… Meanwhile, I am more like… Hmmmmm🤔

Thanks. I need the motivation to continue. I am in episode 4 and I am not invested whatsoever; I am barely paying attention to what they are saying (I was more excited and more attentive watching Love Scenery - That is not right). I keep on stopping with any chance I get. Which is a shame because I was really excited to watch this one for XuXu and for the great director behind it🤧.
Too much romance, too much kissing scene, lesser game scene! It could have been better. I personally liked the…
Well said! I am only in episode 4 and I find myself not fully invested. I think that I am seriously suffering from Boys Over Flowers’ Syndrome, once again. While the entire world of drama-viewers is going gaga over Falling Into Your Smile… Meanwhile, I am more like… Hmmmmm🤔 And I was also expecting way better game scenes.
Just as I always compare any period-historical drama to Nirvana in Fire 1, in order to give my rating…. I also compare any esports drama to Cross Fire, in order to give my rating. And my ratings are always based on the production value, not necessarily nor essentially on the storyline. Giving, if the storyline is as well written and as unique as Cross Fire… Then it is always a nice bonus.

Don’t you think that she should start showing some improvements by now…?

I do agree with you on everything else.

As for the romance, I tried really had to enjoy it but it was so cringe.
This one was not good.
Cross Fire remains supreme.
That’s what I call… Revenge.
She is a downright rotten turd.
Now, if they could make them longer.
That will be great.
“Did they change the writer or something?”
Now, I am like 🤨
