The drama was good but I guess it should have only 30ish episodes only. 40 eps is too much and I didn't expect the drama to appear around 30 ep. Business and love can be really messed up when they clashes. I really expected things to turn ugly like this. I wanted just a happy drama. 😭😭 Why are everyone give us real dramas.

I'm at ep 18 already. This show is soo good. I was looking for a good office drama for a while. After early spring I watched Against the current, which is a blockbuster again. But I couldn't get into modern dramas, I even finished bloom through the cloud, it was good but wouldn't say I was that into it. But this one, i tried it because of TSY. I wanted some of her content while waiting for against the current and most of them I have seen, this one was one of those dramas which I started at first but dropped it after a episode. So I tried it again and loved it. The chemistry is good, Han ting is such a cool, sharp yet puppy like lover. Lol. Ji Xing is such a dreamer, it feels like us, we might work hard at work but sometimes the odds are in not our side at times. There are multiple times we might have planned to start our business, but didn't. Her courage gives some confidence also a warning that this line doesn't comes with flowery petals. You have to be prepared to fail, to fall, to learn from your mistakes. For corporate people who want very real kind of love, this feels such a refreshing drama.

Okay. I love how after break up, we get to see fool in love sight of Hab Ting. I'm glad I chose to try this drama again. While waiting for against the current, I finally found a good drama.

Honestly, I didn't like the drama as much when it was released. I watched only 1 ep and dropped it, because fl's boyfriend looked too nice for them to have a breakup. But after some time, now when I'm also working, I find this drama so relatable. And about their relationship, it wasn't about who is right or wrong, it's just about they were not very compatible to each other. They loved each other, were together for so long but their future plans, were different. One is more passive, simple living, one has dreams, ambitions. Even if they had gotten married or she had not done the startup, things would have gone wrong for them anyway. Be the way they work their family, kids, jobs, things would have clashed sooner or later. It happened before they got married was a good thing I would say. Hr didn't just broke up with her because of her time issues or busy she was. Suppose she was working in a company and had a very exhausting job, she would have been busy anyway, he also goes on business trips and away many times. It's not like he was always there for her, same ways, she was also working on her career. But things got little tough when she decided to start business, and though he seemed nice, he didn't have confidence in her. He could have said it on her face, but his act of supporting her in public and then saying she needed to fail properly once to realise it, was something no one would like it. It's like he was just being nice on surface but cannot say harsh thing on face. This does end up in big arguments later. Han Ting on the other side, always said the harshest thing on her face, either she likes it or not. Because he believes in the fl to understand right or wrong. That's where the difference lies.
One believes in the fl abilities and the way she handles things, and one simply wants to follow the course of life. Wants his own way and when starts to go otherwise, it crumbles. I won't call him exactly wrong here, it's just, some people doesn't like much adventure in their lives. Would be best to say that both were different in terms of personalities and the kind of lives they want. One thing everyone could agree that, that friend was such a snake. Even if you like him, going around your friend and making those quiet remarks was not a very good friend thing honestly.

Just started watching the show. At ep 5. So far it's pretty good and intriguing. Different from other chinese romance shows I have seen. Came here to watch something while waiting for more eps of againt the current and seeing Sun qian after early spring, it makes me realises she is really a good actress. Many people says that she has no expressions but I feel the kind of role she plays, her expressions are more natural and immersive. You don't feel like she is playing a character, it's like SHE IS THE CHARACTER. Even the ML, I never able to finish his dramas for some reason. Maybe just couldn't find the good one. But in this drama, he looks really good, this police officer role suits him alot and their chemistry is so good. I was worried about this drama and it has been on my list on hold for such a long time because of some bad comments. But seeing it myself, it looks promising so far.

I watched it too. I feel it was more or less based on twinkle love. But twinkle love has better messaging system, I like it the best among any dating shows. It's so unique and more dramatic and heart touching. I'm sure you'll like it.

Update: I managed to hold for two days now. First day was very hard. However, by second day, I found another drama, not as compelling as this one, but with work and everything, I should be able to hold on till the weekend. Can't wait to watch episodes at once. Ps. Reels and shorts of this drama spoil me too much and it's so hard to control the urges to watch it.

It has so many bad reviews. But I was planning to watch it. Can you please tell me how was it? Is it that bad or good enough?

I have read it's webcomic years ago. Then came the animation. Haven't watched that one. But it got a drama adaptation? How come I'm finding out now? How is the drama? Is it good?

Twinkle Love is indeed one of the best dating shows I would say. Unfortunately, it's very underrated as it's more for young romance? However, the depth of the romance is so deep, just like Yiheng and Cuiyi we have, they're young yet so deep about their love and emotions. Exactly that level of romance.

I agree. People are now taking things too personally. They all are learning in a way. Also, I would say it's about editing as well, we get to see him everywhere but they all go on their works and do their things. They only get the evening time with them, and if someone goes on a date, you don't get that either. At this point, the issue between SY and Hewen is not just because of ZX, it's their internal. Their egos, their own standpoints, their dating ways, these things are stopping them to talk. They somehow end up bringing other people in their conversations, make things competitive and ruin things. Especially SY. I feel she is also understanding that she has insecurity issues that people have started noticing. These issues have caused her to become too causious sometimes. It's good to be careful but not taking step towards what you want is also an issue. I think once they sort their own issues, they will able to make an apt decision, whoever they want to end up with. Being an experienced dating show watcher now, anything can happen after the show. So, I'm not exhausting myself with them at this point, we already have good stable four couples, they're enough for me.

Have you watched Twinkle Love? It's something similar to Heart Signal but more youthful? But I would say sometimes people there take things more serious as ever. Like you will learn so much, cry so much. For me, latest season S5 was THE BEST. Many couples are still dating and you will find one couple which is like girl fell first but boy falls harder kind of trope. It was soo-soo good. Starting feels slow, just watch upto ep 5 and you'll be hooked slowly. You can also check out S2 and S3 as well.

Just watched 2 couple's confession and I'm sobbing. Cuiyi's letter was literally like wedding vows. If they ever get married in future, they better play their confession clip, because it was so beautiful, so dreamy. They're so young yet so mature. It's so rare for people to think so seriously about love and relationships and be so clear about it. Like both of them were so clear-headed since the start and also both are giving people. Like both of them get flowers for each other, gifts. I mean, I have never seen girls on dating shows giving flowers so much. Sometimes they do, but Cuiyi, she literally showers him with flowers. First time girl also brought flowers on the first date. Both are so much different in terms of their personalities and energy but they compliment so well. This is what actually mean opposites attract, they might be different but their moral values, love language, and the way they express love is so same. They literally complete each other.

Seriously. After this one ends, it would be hard to get into a new dating show. But I have a few others lined up to watch, but this one will remain top.

Haven't watched 3rd part of ep 7 so can't comment on what happened later. But I feel he is also really conflicted here, he wants to avoid misunderstanding but on the way he is hurting her. He doesn't want to hurt her either. But SY's previous behaviour did seem to put him in a spot. So yes, won't defend his behaviour but can only say the tense environment of the house can really be difficult to get by sometimes.

I didn't even completed S8. Was it really good that people jumped into fan wars or what. Because I felt that the season started little bland so I just....gave up. But yes, dating shows are getting huge these days and many toxic people make things difficult for participants who were literally non-celebs before. It makes things little dramatic.

SAME! I only started with zero expectations, hoping to find something to cope from early spring. But this one became my new drama obsession. I never thought I was this fickle minded, like I moved on from early spring so soon? Just a week ago I was wondering how would I able to watch dramas now and here I'm. Waiting on another ongoing drama. Feels like cheating here. ^^^

You know, I never get replies this fast on MDL. I feel everyone watching this show is so obsessed that they literally live in the comment section. Lol. You guys are only making things hard for me to hold on. uwuwu.

IDK either. He didn't do anything wrong. Some people are taking things to extreme. Honestly, no one did anything wrong, everyone are kinda justified in their own povs. Hating on ZX is so wrong, he is just chasing the girl and it's the dating show. It can happen. He can invite the girl if he wants. It's fine.
