Wow this was such a wonderful drama. I wish if they didn't reduced the amount of episodes cuz of the Ratings cuz I wanted to see more tbh. But anyway I was satisfied with the ending and actually ended up being all teary at that ending. I like these kinda warm family dramas. Till the end I mean till E39 the only character that I didn't like was Shin-ae otherwise everyone was good. I might re-watch this in coming years.
Wow I was just going through the credits list of the Director and the Writers of this show and Han Sul-hee has worked as the main writer of Ugly Miss Young-ae (All Seasons) hence you have Kim Hyun-sook, Ha-ri's direct supervisor in the cast. And the other writer wrote High Kick Season 3 (one of my fav Korean sitcoms) so now I know why the show is so hilarious 😂
As per the Netflix Ep7 and ep8 description there will be a kiss scene in ep7 but HA RI still avoids him in ep8…

I dropped YOM at E5 tbh cuz the frustration was unbearable. That show just tormented me with all the depression and sadness although I knew that it'll be depressing cuz it was based on Gwangju Uprising but still it was beyond my expectations.
Cuz of her previous works.... like Record of Youth, High Society, Doctors, Temperature of Love just to name a few. All these shows were big disappointments and that's what makes me more apprehensive about this show cuz it's a 50 episode Family Drama which has higher chances of having stupid plot or subplot with Makjang elements 😥
Quite late to the party I believe but I started watching it anyway despite trying wait for it to complete it's run on TV so I can binge-watch all the episodes at once since there's so much hype and high ratings for this one. I am at E4 right now am loving it so far!! I was waiting for a good Rom-com which unfortunately Korean Industry forgot about since 2-3 years. Last Rom-com after SWDBS, WWWSK and WFKBJ I can remember was CLoY that according to me had those Rom-com elements even it wasn't your usual Romcom. After that especially since 2019 no good Rom-com aired and K-industry solely focused on Zombie or Doomsday drama especially Netflix with their spree of Zombie Dramas or Crime/Thriller/Suspense/Dark/Slice-of-life dramas hence I can see why there's so much hype around this drama.
BTW I love the Chemistry b'ween FL-SFL and the MC or SC too. And it's interesting how Sejeong and Seol In-ha worked previously in School 2017 together too although not as close friends. Another thing was Sejeong being Chicken Shop's Daughter in both the shows lol 😂

I agree with you!! It's been so long since we had a good proper Rom-com Kdrama hence all the hype and high ratings. I couldn't resist myself therefore I ended up starting watching it today and so far am loving it!! I was actually waiting for it to complete it's television run and then binge-watch all the episodes but ahhh!!
