Title Glorious Day
I'm more than halfway now I mean am at E25 and well the ML's mother is beyond annoying. She's a 50 years old Spoiled Brat who doesn't do anything literally anything but judging others on their status and opposing the FL and her Family. In the early she was annoying when they just shifted to house next door but now I wanna punch her in the face.
And actually the blame should be on her Parents aka the Grandpa and Grandma who failed on her upbringing. Then there's FL's "Dead" Father who gives some competition to ML's mother in being the most annoying character. I don't exactly like Dong-ha's character too as of now, just sticking cuz of Han Da-in, Yoo Ji-ho, Hotel CEO Uncle and to some extent of FL and ML.
This show isn't like Be My Dream Family or Father is strange rather it's more like Marry Me Now. Perfect Makjang which will keep you frustrated yet hooked.

I dropped this at E15. Couldn't bear it anymore 🤯
The story although is a repetitive one with your usual clichés but here they even failed to harness that properly. I skipped every scene when Li Yanran appeared. I mean you have these clingy SFL in every other romcom but she was so over-the-top besides they should've casted someone a lil young and cute like Esther Yu in "Find Yourself". This actor here didn't seem fit for this role.
The ML is a flat face mannequin tbh. He just delivers the dialogue like a robot and that's it you can't feel a single emotion or anything.
Side characters are pretty useless too.
I only watched cuz of the FL.

The epilogue is useless IMO and just wastes the time which could've been used for something else. With 3 min ending song, 3 min starting credits and 3 min Epilogue, all you get is a 30 min episode which again has so many fillers and feels draggy.
I found this show way boring than I thought it would be.

"Stay away from comment sections of dramas before/while watching"Now that is a lesson I need to learn from. I…
Totally relatable 🤣 I can't control myself from peeking through the comments and that sometimes just throw me off. Like when someone hasn't marked a comment as a spoiler and that comment is indeed a spoiler and if I read that then Idk why but I start skipping the episodes 🙃 Maybe it's just me who does that, I mean skipping but that's why I mostly stay away from reading the comments till I haven't gone past the middle episodes.

I have dropped a lot of dramas lol 😂 My Drop rate according to MDL stats is "52%" so that shows that I seldom push myself to watch a drama till the end if it doesn't "feel right". Though when I was novice drama watcher almost 6 years ago, I used to complete dramas but then I gradually got out that mindset.
I wouldn't watch Boys over flowers if someone recommends it to me now.
The drama that I regret watching till the end is "Mama Fairy and the Woodcutter" idk why I completed that drama maybe cuz of Moon Chae-won.

I struggle with J-dramas and C-dramas the most especially Wuxia/Xianxia dramas. And I dropped almost 95% of pre-2020 Cdramas except "Put Your Head on my Shoulder".
I also struggle with Park Shin-hye, Hwang Jung-eum and Go Ahra dramas too hence I don't even start watching their dramas. Like I tried watching Pinocchio more than 10 times cuz I love Lee Jong-suk but to no help and I ended up dropping it.

Although there are several aspects that throw me off a drama like Script, Acting, Actors, OST, Visual Quality or Production Quality, Amount of the Episodes and even run time of an episode but I can look past all these if I get “Enchanted” by the drama within 2-3 Episodes otherwise I just drop regardless of how good or hyped that drama is considered.

When I first started watching kdramas, I wouldn't drop any because I felt like I had to finish them. Luckily I…
I was exactly like you.... Now I just drop dramas by EP3 or EP4 at max if I don't feel captivated.
