Yeah I hope they release it next year cuz Ryan just has 2 upcoming dramas listed so maybe by next ZLS can start filming for this one? Hoping it airs soon but am okay if they take enough time so that they don't mess up with story or anything.

So some of these shows have aired like My Little Happiness, You complete Me, Eternal Love 3, Mr Crow and Cute Programmer which means the rest will either air by year end or next year.

He's not dead now just before the end credits we're are shown the revised draft of the script and CC is the City owner now with help of HS and QQ and then they lived happily ever after which means they can continue from there and tbh I wanna see their love story in modern era as well. I wish if they didn't rush the ending like that instead made another episode or something to tie up the loose ends together and showed them falling in love in the modern era as well. But I guess they left it for S2. 😐

Just completed this wonderful drama and I can't seem to accept that it ended 😭😭😭.

I don't think he really tried to rape her.... to me it appeared that he wanted to show that he's really bad guy now to QQ and everyone well cuz he's from Xuanhu where men can get away with these things and also cuz then QQ will be afraid of him and feel guilty. Besides he wanted to appear as the Villain or someone filled with vengeance to Pei Heng as well so that he give up QQ.

Oh and I know that Han shuo is that Actor Han from modern era but I don't think he can control the plot 100%. I mean his character was written like that to begin with and although he deviated from the OG Plot but unlike QQ who's the writer he can't control all the tropes since he's only a character he can subtly change a thing or two but the traits and character can't be changed so easily that's why he felt guilty and asked himself "what was I doing".

Can someone tell me who's paired with who? I mean is Lusi paired with Lin Yi or Neo? 😅

I wish if Kim Go-eun doesn't accept this drama chaebal!!! There are far better actresses than her and I don't wanna see a classic like little women getting ruined for a Kdrama 😐

I just watched all 24 episodes in a little over 48 hours 😝 It's a totally Cheesy Over the top show but I liked it I mean if you're looking for some Fluffy Romance then this is for you. Sometimes it's okay to watch a drama just cuz you feel good instead of focusing on the technicalities or plotholes. Yes this one too had some and the part that annoyed me initially was the dubbing behind Ryan Ding. I mean I watched Moonlight first and then this drama and I had Ryan's original voice in my head 😬 Apart from that the other issues were the "jumpy" feel I mean it felt too fast like the story goes so fast that sometimes I felt that did I just skip an episode? Also tbh the Subs suck big time.... the translation is so bad.

But over-all I would love to see a Second Season if they make one in the near future. Oh and I love the ML's sister YingYing wish if she had more towards the second half of the show.

Yup meeeeee!! I skipped almost all their scenes in all episodes I just couldn't get invested in their story. Although I liked the 3rd couple I mean I wish if Zhou Suying "YingYing" had more scenes with Jiawei and we had more of their story 🙂

It's actually not Kissasian's fault since Subs are fudged up on MangoTV's YouTube Channel. Subs don't sync at all nor they make any sense... I mean the translation is messed-up Big Time.

I get what you mean but this was the sole reason why I was always so reluctant to watch Cdramas since I know how A. East Asians are super conservative and isolationist
B. then PRC (People's Republic of China) is known for its super controlled governance and ideology.
They just always wanna show how great their Nation is without any flaws. That's more than being racist. I am from India which is the only country apart from African Nations who face Racism from all ends... West and East all see us inferior to them cuz we're Poor and what not. Anyway don't wanna argue here I just wrote what I felt. ✌️

And then China shrugged off the responsibility instead tried to blame it on other Countries lol. tbh I know that the last line in my comment was totally uncalled for but still I didn't like how much they escalated the lack of urbanization in Africa and kept mentioning the Virus thing every other scene. Besides I just don't like when people think Africa is just a country when it's one of the largest Continents on this planet.

I do watch Romance Dramas but what I meant by true Rom-com comment was that it's been too long since we had a nice fluffy Kdrama I mean in the past year or so we had a lotta great shows but all of those either had no romance or it was more of a subplot for Example Vincenzo or Youth of May. Since a few years now Kdramas are either Crime related or have romance forced in. I mean the last proper Rom-com that I remember was Crash Landing on You which had Comedy, Romance, Great Chemistry, Melodrama and of course clichés but I don't mind Clichés as long as I enjoy the drama like it's mentioned in the Reviews of this show. But since CLOY we didn't have a proper Romantic Drama... or perhaps I didn't find one.

I feel it's kinda underrated but I will definitely recommend it to more people now. The show has great Chemistry not just between the Main leads but even b'ween SML and ML and SML-SFL.
This one has great story, acting and even OST is good.
Yes it does have clichés but which show doesn't have and the best part is that those clichés are handled well.

I don't get what's the problem with her voice 😅
I mean I get it that her voice is high pitch and kinda rare for actors but I got used to it even before watching this drama, I watched "Find Yourself" where she was the SFL and it was initially uncomfortable for me when she came on screen but gradually it was bearable and to an extent where I find her voice cute now 😝... I just don't get why people have this certain criteria built in their minds for certain things like looks or voice. To me what matters the most is whether I can connect with the Character and Acting that's it.

Haha lol 😂 there are so many other dramas like that which were my favourite once but now I can't even think of watching those dramas again. My first drama was DOTS 😂.
It's good to see how much K-industry grew in terms of better content, stories and production which I believe is somewhat due to Netflix but deep inside I'd like to watch a Fluffy Rom-com Kdrama again without a lotta clichés I mean its been so long since we had a true rom-com kdrama even Chinese have got better in making Dramas now lol 😂😬

I wouldn't say it's a bad show but that whole Virus trope didn't sit well with me I mean that was totally racist and uncalled especially when the entire world knows who are the Virus Generators. Hence my rating for this fell to 5.

No worries. Also if you're a lil hesitant before starting this (I beleive you haven't started watching yet) then don't worry.... The show runs pretty smooth untill E28 that's when the "Second Lady" comes up to get her "love". But from what I've read it doesn't do much to make our Leads fall apart.

I believe they officially started dating around E19/20 but they realise their feelings for each other from around E10-11 and then almost start dating from E15 but again take a step back cuz the ML couldn't confess his feelings lol.

They actually never really have that Big Break-up but only have some quarrels when it's revealed that ML is Mr. Fox but they get back together within 3 Eps.
