I thought they same for a long time and then got to talk to a bunch of people who dropped it. Apparently many…
Lol π€£π² I didn't know that there are peeps who didn't like Shopping King Louie. Everyone around me who watch Kdramas love it when I recommend it to them. Anyway I respect everyone's preferences. I too have a lot shows which are really popular and loved but I got annoyed watching those and dropped all of them like She was Pretty and Kill Me, Heal Me π¬ cuz well I can't bear Hwang Jung-eum πΆ
P.S. that Crash Landing on the part didn't raise flag when I watched it. To me it looked like that Hyun-bin wanted to make his presence felt cuz he knew that they couldn't live together and meet only once in a while. Though I agree that they could've left it open-ended instead of using this story arc in the first place cuz how long could they anyway be together?
Hush glad I read comments here and didn't start watching it again after a year or so.... cuz reviews and ratings can be misleading. Maybe I'll see Yang Zi acting as a FL with BRAIN in my current life π
This drama is just so boring. I think I'm up to episode 31 but i just can't finish it, and that's unlike me because…
Kudos to your patience!! I couldn't bear that cringey FL hence dropped it at E2. You can partially blame my prejudice against Cdramas aired before 2020, idk why but Cdramas got better in Covid time π
I'm up at 3am in the morning and writing this comment here lol just to tell that I've completed watching this a melo very fluffy and cute, too sweet unforgettable drama π± Loved that Lil kiddo cutie pie Xiaobao π» He's the star of this of show for me.
Just completed watching it last night and well this show is great deserves a lot more viewers π . The Leads are Amazing and so are the Supporting Actors. But the most surprising thing of this show were the characters of ML's Parents. They were so caring, warm and understanding. In fact this is one of the very few dramas (including Kdramas) where Mother-in-law isn't a B*tch. Just felt tha the plot could've been a lil better but otherwise a good watch.
I don't regret watching this show!! Looking forward to more projects of cast members Especially ML, FL, SML.
Thatβs the same case with another poll for c-actors as well. Maybe some stans thought their fav k-actors/actresses…
Lol yes it's so weird especially when the list didn't have popular Chinese Actresses like Esther Yu or Gabrielle Guan when I voted while K-actresses were there.
Why are Korean actresses in the list? The list is to vote for C-drama Actress right? Can someone remove Park Min-young, Jun Ji-hyun, Song Hye-kyo, Jang Nara, Seo Ye-ji?
I- How did the FL fall for the same scam twice? I'm at a loss of words. Please, someone tell me if she isn't actually…
She's Naive and Kind Hearted doesn't wanna hurt anyone and she trusts people so easily. Her character grow by the time show ends and I loved her journey with the ML both grew into better people!
Binge-watched it like crazy in just 39ish hours ππ After so long I watched a Perfect Rom-com. Throughout it kinda reminded me of Because This is My First Life but this one is way more on the lighter tone. I guess contract marriage is my thing lol π Looking forward to Miles Wei and Xu Ruo Han's future projects. Ruo Han did so well here considering that it was her debut drama.
Anyway I respect everyone's preferences. I too have a lot shows which are really popular and loved but I got annoyed watching those and dropped all of them like She was Pretty and Kill Me, Heal Me π¬ cuz well I can't bear Hwang Jung-eum πΆ
I couldn't watch the Heirs honestly and can't believe that I watched BoF π₯. Tbh the writers, creative team and the Channels are responsible for this. They need to start showing Smart, Independent FLs they could be naive and innocent but someone who knows wrong and right and can point it out when needed and stand for themselves. Same goes for the MLs or Male Characters. I know the society in real is full of these typa people who enforces them on others without thinking about the consequences but still. At least the ML can for once in awhile be understanding, calm and mature and less narcissist.
Though lately there have been some better shows which addressed these things and now the writers are making better shows without featuring these over used ClichΓ©s and showed healthy relationships which is great IMO.
And when I write thie comment I write it for all the shows from across Asia not just Kdramas cuz Animes also use these tropes a lot and so do Chinese, Thai or others.
But to be honest I don't have any hope from the entertainment sector of my own country, India.
Oh and the audience needs to be more mature too especially Women since they're the target demographic of these shows. So as long as Audience make themselves heard by not watching these shows or something, they will the changes. It should actually start from the real world cuz we all know that Films or Dramas depicts what's happening in the real world with elements of fiction so as long as women in real world gets more empowered and independent while males support them in achieving that instead of being insecure then this changes coming onto your screens is inevitable.
P.S. that Crash Landing on the part didn't raise flag when I watched it. I'm really gonna re-watch this soon!!
I don't regret watching this show!! Looking forward to more projects of cast members Especially ML, FL, SML.
And it's shame that she hasn't done a lotta shows especially as Main Lead π
But lol most of the one's I voted for aren't that popular it seems π
Loved this show!! One of the best CDrama ;)
