Our Blooming Youth is a little slow, nothing is actually blooming. I feel like this show will be a hit once all the episodes air and you can binge watch in 1 seating.
Yes initially thats what i thought too, but after watching the episode1 3 times, i think i saw a hint that Tae Hyun's action may not be intended to hurt Da Yeol negatively, its just Da Yeol reacting too aggressively towards Tae Hyun. Thats not an excuse or to belittle bullying cause bullying is definitely not excusable, i just feel like whats happening is its Tae Hyun's (cheap) way to get DY's attention.
Also i noticed, they are seniors, and it wasnt mentioned that DY is a transfer student, so why the F does he not know any of his classmates names? He's just too stucked up in his world and i feel TH is just desperate to get to know DY.
Ok, its just a first episode, but i have a feeling i will like it even more when we get to know then better. Im just glad it isnt too long but it isnt too short too.
"When i see something cute i wanna push it in the corner and hit it with a toy hammer". Thats my fave line! I am like him, but instead of toy hammer i want to use a big black sledge hammer.
I see why people think its bullying, and yes i agree a just a little bit. For now i see that it was just a playful banter for them except that Da Yeol is just too stucked up.
Nice review., i dont know why a few reviewers give it a 10, it is not bad, it is good in fact, but there are certainly…
Hi thanks for reading and for writing! Yes, i agree too, the bullying is one of my most-hated tropes. I guess a few people will find it off too if they are judging it from the first few episodes. im just glad that they explained almost everything in the show by the end, and that the whatplu gang wastn actually bullies.
I really loved the end credits! The makers made sure to put an effort to almost every detail.
Hahahah, i feel the same way! Nothing nakes sense.
We re going to give ourselves headache trying to figure this thing out! My eyes almost always go out of their sochlket and fly to the ceiling everytime theres a major scifi twist reveal. Remember that episode before Mum's accident, he was tellign Dew for sure he'll be back to help him. That dew could have told him "No, you wouldnt" cause he already knew what was going to happen because for him that happened the days before.
Because the producers are perverts that is why, unfortunatly I skip most of the series because I can not stand…
i dont exactly know how to react with your reply :) Please enlighten me, what made you think the producers are pervert? Is there any rumors about the producers behaving inappropriately behind the scenes?
My biggest turn off from the series is the gay teacher just because they are portraying gay guys as over the top characters.
Do I hate the short (PE) shorts? Im not sure. I noticed they were really short but it didnt bother me to be honest. There was a lot of topless guy, but thats how it is in real life, i see tons of shirtless guys everywhere in Manila that it didnt occur to me that it is too much.
Lets not forget Ohm Pawat came from one of the director's old series. That show also features a lot of shirtless guys and very short shorts.
I feel bad for you. Why is it that you can’t connect? The MD character is done. The persona was to hide that…
thanks for the wonderful and insightful reply, although you dont have to feel bad for me for not being able to connect to the new FL.
Some people wont believe when i say i have actually seen Season1 twice and yes Im quite aware of whats happening so far. I have a few comments about the first season especially when it dragged to the ending but i stuck to it because of the strong pairing of the main leads, and because of 3 other male leads.
The new season diminished the importance of all the other characters from the first season, all elders are acting like smelly brats instead of the wise mages that they were supposed to be. Even Seo Yul and Park Dang Gu's parts seems unimportant to the overall story. I also miss the dynamics of the Prince and Jang Uk. Park Jin was greatly diminished into a caricature of his old self. I would have loved to see and know more about the great houses. But what could have been a deep well of great stories became background to the story of Naksu & Jang Uk which ,at least for me, lacks something. Maybe its too early to judge the season with only 4 episodes, but if it was other series i would have dropped it already.
Yes you are ...Pinoy some of them are toxic like you
what are you talking about? are you in my brain and you know whats going on inside my head? Im not a stan of either JSM or GYJ, both are really beautiful and unique in their own way. Im talking about the charater, it doesnt matter for me whoever plays the part. Im saying that personality of Naksu in the first season is a little too different from the second season. Talk to me about the character and story, im not trying to say bad things about GYJ, because from the what you wrote you are the one who is a stan

Did Dew gained the other multiverse's Dew's memory just by reading the diary?
Product placements aside, i still enjoy the series and i like the fast pacing.
