Hi, i think you nailed it when you said it didnt deliver the necessary vibe, and yes, i agree that the writing was indeed a little inadequaite to say the least. I already had my doubts from the initial episode, but after it was aired i tried reading the comments here in MDL and they were mostly praises for the show, i was like, did we watch the same show? I tried to finish the series since i like the main actors but something always felt off and like you said, the revelations didnt have the shock value.

Ive never been this excited for a BL's next episode since Semantic Error.

I love love this series, it needs higher rating. This is way better than Kissable Lips and their chemistry here is better too. One of my faves this year!

Yessss i did the same thing. All the actors did great with their respective roles and it felt like disservice to all of them how almost all of them didnt get the proper ending

Watch En of Love only if you are becoming a fan of the 2, but just lower your expectations. The Best Story is a really sweet short story although youll end up wanting to see more, cause that was really really short

It was the same for me, i watched because of Yoon, but his role here wasnt as big as i expected, he was outshined by the leads. Im not sure if i want a second season. Id love to see Fluke in another BL though.

Im with you 100%. After the last episode it felt like 8 episodes of the same scared, im-not-good-enough-for-you Minato is just way too long. It feels like the show is over stretched and if you think about it, nothing really happened in the 8 episodes cause we are back to square 1.

The thing is, i agree with you 100%. I have barely finished the 1st episode and i dont have the guts to sit on another one. Like your observation, i hate the character Deuan. I dont even know why they thought its ok to make a lead like that. And yes, Pavel, he is wasted here. In 2 moons2, he was sucha hottie that you cant help but ogle, but here, i cant even explain it.

I have never squealed like a high school girl in such a long time. This series deserves a higher rating.

Yes, i thought i was the only one feeling that way in my relationship, turned out a lot of couples do. The tendency is to ignore it and endure just because we dont kbow how to deal with it.

I was talking to my other friend and he mentioned how alone he felt while being in his 9-year relationship, something i have felt too with ny partner. Even my married friends are experiencing the same issues.This is why i can relate so much with the main characters.

I am glad to know that, because a lot of other BL dramas (ahemmmmm thai and filipino) make super annoying female villainous characters to make the BL couple more likeable.
