I personally know 3 fans of live action bls who are currently watching all the ongoing bl series that are ongoing…
It's a sad life for lonely, desperate people with no personal life, too much free time, and too little internet access.

I wish I could say I'm one of those mature BL fans, but... really, I'm just ignorant. I didn't even know there was some kind of fan war going on? I really don't follow that kind of thing and I don't particularly care what others think about a given series, agency, or actors. If I like something, I like it, and that's it.

Wow, you caught up so fast! It must've been great to binge all five episodes at once—I'm kind of jealous. I…
I watched 4 episodes in one sitting. now I really, really want to watch 5. but I have to get up for work in 5 hours... so I should probably go to bed lol.

Title Wu
Watching the "Previously" to ep. 7, I just thought to myself "Is that Krist?" So, I had to come…
Right? I didn't recognize him right away either. Mainly because of those teeth. My brain paused for a moment as I watched the screen. I thought... "Nah, not him... right?" Haha. Damn, this is probably his best role. I don't want to say he wasted his time in BL before, but this role really showed his full potential as an actor (at least for me).

That's basically it. Everyone falls in love with Nao's brother, except Tiger who falls in love with Nao.
Only two of them over the years, and neither of them ever really got to know him. It was just a crush on his looks. He didn't spend much time with them either; they mostly exchanged messages. Everyone was interested in his brother not just because of his looks, but because he was described as smart, gentle, kind, and polite. The complete opposite of Nao. Only Tiger saw all these qualities in him, which always shocked people and was funny from a third-person perspective. That's the basis of their story, I think.

the extra white makeup on both of the leads to make them look lighter than they really are is very distracting..…
Every country has a different standard of beauty. It's something you have to accept. In Asia, it's always going to be fair skin. In my country, it's a very dark tan (which I'll never achieve because I'm allergic to the sun, lol).

Was episode 5 a disappointment? Yes. Am I surprised? Not at all.

Damn, the preview for episode 6 still shows it's going to be a pre-university episode? Does that mean book one got 6 episodes and book two only 2? What's with this split... I want to cry.

I have so many feelings about this episode. I honestly didn’t expect Fourever Season 2 to pull me in like this,…
In fact, I personally think that season one is much better than season two. From the point of view of someone who has read all the novels in this series. I didn't feel that the action was rushed or that anything significant was cut out. I didn't feel the need to use the novel to understand why the characters made certain decisions or because the drama lacked details that left me feeling unsatisfied. Of course, this is just my opinion and I respect that you feel differently. But while I love all the couples in this universe, I think each of them would need at least 12 episodes to fully cover the source material and show the depth of the characters. Take Daotok for example - he's such a psycho. But it wasn't shown in the drama and I think it's sad because it showed his mental state really well. Here too... I won't spoil it for you, but overall Tiger is rather cruel and brutal when he's not around Nao, but I don't think they'll show it here either. And their whole family situations! Seriously, this is so interesting... but they barely touched on it. It's not that this season is bad. Even though I complain, I still love it. It's just... For me, what the drama shows in this season would not be enough as a viewer to feel satisfaction, you know? Since I know the novel, I can watch it with pleasure because I fill the gaps with the source material.

the story is not a good as the others i don't know if it cause they rushed it. i feel they put all the effort…
Literally EVERYTHING in this second series is rushed. Half the source material was cut. Not just this couple, the previous two as well. Maybe you wouldn't feel it so much if you haven't read the book, but God knows, watching Sun from Another Star, I wanted to cry because of how rushed it was and how so much important stuff was cut!

Although the kidnapping scene wasn't in the book either because it was told from Tiger's point of view, who wasn't there. Just like in the drama. What bothers me is the downplaying of the brutality in this series. Since they already showed Tiger as a killer, they could have at least put some effort into the scene where he fights the gang...

I dont think he illed the guy, i think he missed him and than fainted and his brother then let him think, he has…
I don't think so. As Singh said, it had to happen because of their father's orders. Their father sent his men to watch his older son. Singh didn't have much choice. If he hadn't forced Tiger to shoot, their father would have done it.

Despite its dark theme, the drama takes everything surprisingly lightly😬😮‍💨. It follows a teenager…
I know, right? It's not that I'm not enjoying this show, but the trailer was so good, so surprisingly dark... I really had high expectations.

I'm in love. Honestly, I don't know if it's because the series itself was so good or because it's based on one of my favorite novels. My rating might be inflated because of that, but I can't bring myself to rate it lower than a 9.

Ngern and Oat's acting was really good (especially since Oat's real personality is completely different from Dao's, and it must have been difficult to keep a poker face in many scenes). The chemistry between them was wonderful. I'm not ashamed to say that I've watched the last three episodes several times just for the spicy scenes. Ngern is simply perfect as Artchit. I don't know how I imagined him when I read the novel, but ever since I saw the pilot for this drama, I've wanted to give a shout-out to the people responsible for casting.

As a novel reader, I'm certainly a bit disappointed by the massive plot cuts. I'd say these eight episodes of the drama cover about 20-30% of the novel. The entire process of Dao falling in love with Artchit wasn't shown. Certain connections weren't explained. No closure was provided. Dao's past was particularly lacking, as for me, it shaped his entire character. Music, Artchit's second love after Dao, wasn't explored much either. But I still hope these two get a special episode like North and Jo.

Could it have been done better? Of course, even by the same creators and cast—they could have just given the couple 13 episodes instead of 8. But I'm still satisfied.

I hope Dao and Arthit get extra special episodes like North and Jo. Their post-school life is crazy, I'd love to see that...

These 8 episodes are not enough this novel/story has more words than the others so there should be more episodes…
Exactly! North and Jo's story had 30 chapters. And they wrapped it up in 8 episodes. But Dao and Dylan's story has 60 chapters. It should have had 18 episodes. Hell, even 12 would have been better than 8.
