DW in DFQC is dubbed but as Xiaolanhua they used Didi's own voice. Producers said his voice was not as deep and have slight accent for the moon supreme.

Yes! This is what I thought too. But too many people say XLH is the worst just because she’s not a mary sue. The director even said in the fan meeting that XLH was initially a mary sue but they purposely edited her so that she will have a proper character arc. Similar to how they gave DFCQ a father and brother to show the different types of love.

From my understanding of the drama: - Xilan tribe is a separate race living at the edge of their world/continent. The people probably has some healing abilities and are neutral in the political war between Fairy realm and moon tribe. But the most powerful Xilan person is the Goddess of Xilan - Liufang Pavilion is probably somewhere between Cangyan Sea and Shuyuintian and is like the black market. The fairy realm people don’t really care about the black market or mortal realm so it’s believable that they don’t know about The cauldron. They’re just absorbed about things related only to them - Changheng’s dad, who’s MIA now, and the previous leaders of Xilan tribe, arranged a marriage between his son and the Xi Yun goddess. If Changheng is only 10,000 y.o. I’m guessing XLH/Xi Yun is older because we already saw her as a kid when the war happened 30,000 year ago.

The trick to watching Cdramas and having short attention span is to watch it on 1.5 or 2x speed. Then just rewind on the cute DFQC/XLH scene. But then again that may make your watching time longer because there’s just too many good scenes! 🤣

Who have high pitched voice, I’m offended. 🤣 When you find the cure for our voices, kindly sell it to us. We get so tired being branded as children just because we can’t always consciously modulate our voice. Much like it’s hard to diet, it’s also hard to control the our pitches. Also shame on Kristin Chenoweth and Kristen Bell for having child like voices. These children are embarrassing to women kind. 🤡
