I love how she stood up to Han Ki Joon, despite how unprofessional it might be. Si Woo with bed head is so cute and damn their chemistry is on point

I’m watching it now

I actually love this drama. I’m okay with slow burn, somber stories and the way SY and YS look at each other is something that made its way into my heart. I don’t really know how to explain the how the show is so far other than thoughtful and beautiful. It’s an experience that I haven’t felt in a long time with a kdrama, for some reason. The last kdrama I felt so strongly about was “A piece of your mind,” so I suppose I’m enjoying this more than I realize.

Dr. John is such a gem. I went into this show hoping the writing will be as good as it was in Dr John

Well it depends on the adult’s intentions. If the teacher has no romantic intentions and purely sees their student as a student, then would there still be room to see that there’s more to it? Yoon Soo, in this case, had a fiancé… and the scenarios in which their relationship looked ambiguous were just exploited to harm the two people involved

Lee Do Hyun is such a treat to watch on screen, I forgot how much I appreciated his acting. I saw him dancing on knowing bros and he’s so wholesome. Gosh seeing him smile makes my heart melt. Im soo jung looks so young and her performance is top notch. Please their chemistry is so good and it makes me blush

I’m personally fine with the noona aspect, though I hope the teacher-student aspect will be done tastefully. I’m huge fan of Im Soo Jung after seeing her in Chicago typewriter, and Lee Do Hyun after his performance in youth of may. It’s not an understatement to say that I hope this is done well

I guess to show that absence makes the heart grow fonder? I hate that trope most of the time when the time apart could’ve been solved by proper communication that takes a grand total of 30 minutes max

I honestly cried so much watching this show. I love Uru and when Prologue started playing during scenes I broke out sobbing. This is the kind of story I’d hate, because of how superficial and trite adult-minor relationships can be depicted. But what was represented in this show was a heartbreaking yet beautiful and realistic (in my belief) drama. I don’t condone the romanticism of pedophilia, but this was far from that. Two good people who met each other and fell in love at the wrong time and worse circumstances. But they waited for each other until the time was better. And for that, unconditional everlasting love, is impeccably portrayed in this show. This is the one exception to a genre I normally stay away from (Noona romance is different I believe)

The Chinese version doesn’t do that it removes that part entirely. They get back together but certainly not after two years. Also, I preferred the Chinese version even after seeing this one. I mean it’s because I prefer jasper liu and shen yue and although it’s clichè it’s adorable
