check Eien no Kinou, Mr. Unlucky Has No Choice But to Kiss!, Ameiro Paradox, Love is Better the Second Time Around,…
I've watched Mr. Unlucky Has No Choice But to Kiss! and I enjoyed it, but nope, I don't find them attractive, nice BL though, very cute.
I dropped Eien no Kinou, Perfect Propose and Love is Better the Second Time Around, I didn't find the MLs attractive in any of those, but just like My Perfect Weatherman, that was not my reason for dropping. I'd still watch a show even if I don't find the actors attractive, as long as I find the show to be good. But yeah, when I say so far Kobayashi is the only Japanese BL actor I've found attractive after all my time of watching, I mean it π took me by surprise for real.
Have you seen them Minato Laundromat Leads Our Dining Table
I watched Our Dining Table, nice BL, but I didn't find the MLs attractive. I haven't watched Minato Laundromat Leads, but the cover for it looks familiar, I think I passed over it a while back.
I understand what you mean, after you explained it later. Statistically, there are way too many gay people in…
It's no big deal, the first few comments responding to what I said were just nonsensical and looking for some kind of disagreement, and I can't be bothered with that sort of stupidity, but I appreciate what your intention was, so thanks for being reasonable and sharing your opinion in a clear and decent way.
Ummβ¦ πhavenβt u seen I CANT REACH YOU, My Personal Weatherman????
I've added it to my PTW list, I guess I'll see whether I agree when I watch it π for now though I finally have a Japanese actor to put on my faves list, Kobayashi took me by surprise!
Ummβ¦ πhavenβt u seen I CANT REACH YOU, My Personal Weatherman????
I dropped My Personal Weatherman, didn't find them attractive (that's not why I dropped it though) and I haven't seen I Can't Reach You, but I'll look it up and maybe add it to my PTW list and see how it goes.
You serious?! Please tell me you haven't watched Cherry Magic, Old Fashion Cupcake, Man who defies the world of…
I have watched the first two you mentioned, I just don't find any of the actors attractive. Attraction is subjective after all. I liked Cherry Magic and Old Fashion Cupcake as JP BLs though.
I have never found a single Japanese BL actor attractive, until Kobayashi Toranosuke. What a pleasant surprise the actual BL seems like it's going to be a good watch too.

I'm not sure why you all keep explaining these things to me assuming I don't already know. None of this is news to me. You all seem to not realize that I stated an observation of what I found to be very excess in TR. I have done so before in other BLs with the same excess (even one or two that are my faves) and I will do it again in future if it's overdone to the point where it's hard to not notice, the same way anyone shares their observations or opinions on every show. People are free to accept whatever they like and comment about whatever they want to, my comment is certainly not stopping them from doing so, and it's not affecting the show in anyway. This back and forth has honestly been so redundant.
"Lin, is there anything else you need down there?" πππ And the whole Lin beating the creeper who touched him. ππ Nah, but, this show has its moments, it's got a weird af off beat charm about it, I doubt it was even intentional, it just happens to be awkwardly charming so far.
RLZ mentioned that he became an exclusive NPC to LJS after the wolf game but isn't obidisian is already established…
This is one of the details the show couldn't fully flesh out and had to rewrite in way, because in novel, the details of it lean quite heavily toward the BL side of things, i.e: the reasons how/why Nanzhu became the leader of the already established Obsidian.
For the series, and people who haven't read the novel, it's best to assume that Lanzhu existed as long as the game did, which was for a while before Jiushi played it, hence Obsidian already existed and was established by the time Jiushi entered the game for the first time, at which time, Lanzhu's mission was activated.
Also, since there are different perspectives of whether it's a real virtual alternative world, world inside the game, or comatose dream, the answers may differ. 1. Real virtual alt world: Lanzhu came into existence the moment the game was first released and he established Obsidian (as mentioned above), and when Jiushi played it, Lanzhu became focused on cleansing the game.
2. World inside the game: Lanzhu never exists in the real world, Obsidian is also a part of the game world and all the time inside and outside the doors is all spent inside the game, hence everything that 'exists' does so as necessary, in which case Obsidian is a part of the programming, established and belonging to Lanzhu. Still, Lanzhu would have existed as long as the game had, before Jiushi first played it.

My initial comment was literally one line. You're overthinking it. The show is based in a normal real world setting, normally too many gay characters in a too small scope of people is unrealistic. That's all I meant, that's all it is. This is not the MCU, this is a high school basketball romance in very normal real world Thailand. The fact that people take a basic observation as such a complicated issue is just too extra. It's just not that deep.
Solid, consistently paced and well acted drama. I liked that Jang Jae Kyung remained the same in personality from start to finish, not wishy washy at all. He didn't change his attitude to suit anyone around him until it suited him to do so. All loose ends tied up well too, everything 'connected' and the ending wasn't rushed. All the actors gave full on and convincing deliveries of their role. Really great show. Would recc.

Yeah. There are too many and it is common in BL, more often than not, it also can't be reasonably explained as why so many people in a narrow scope are gay (or inclined to the same sex in some way). Just because it's common though, doesn't mean it can't be pointed out, just as we, as viewers, point out other unrealistic or ridiculous plot holes and details in BLs (of which there are MANY) at other times. One my fave BLs with too much gay is WBL, doesn't change the fact that it's great!
Perhaps the comment comes across wrong because people always feel ready to defend against something when it comes to BLs and ships or whatever, but I simply meant, too much gay = excess gay characters, and that's what the show has, still it's good and I'm enjoying it π

3. Comatose dream: Well, that's self explanatory.
Hope this helps :D
