Not the same country, Taiwan has no censorship.
Lol, nemesis is not even a joke, they really see it that way xD I wouldn't be mad if Taiwan took over TGCF tbh, been waiting on it for ages and (just imo) I wasn't keen on the casting chosen for the Chinese version.

Even if Taiwan and Hong Kong take over some adaptations, it's honestly the truth that there is a certain quality to Mainland China's filming and production style that will be lost. I mean, examples, there is nothing I would change about The Untamed, or recently The Spirealm EXCEPT to lower or remove the censorship and allow the non platonic relationship or romance (as it were) to be established clearly. I'm not interested in NC scenes, but ffs, let them hold hands or hug or summat. Still though, those shows are both amazing otherwise, in terms of being adaptations.

It's more about their 'traditional family values' bullsh*t. Couples in media in Mainland China must be all het or it's damaging to the mental health of the population and youth apparently. Weak ass nonsense. As if het relationships aren't a mess 9/10. It's a bad joke really. Their BL (adaptations) are some of the best BL's around, EVER, even censored. They're fast asleep on gold imo.

from what i understood, whole game are only happened in his mind during the accident, not real but then he tried…
Except if it'd been a dream, he wouldn't have known the names of all the people he met in the 'dream'. More like he crossed into a different reality of some kind, and then it was lost to him when he returned to his own reality or something. And then he recreated it because he couldn't let it go. Imo, that ending in 78 is just him entering a program he wrote, I don't think he actually found and entered the reality in which NanZhu existed again.

Title The Spirealm Spoiler
It was really thoroughly enjoyable, I loved it.
However I can't give it a 10 because, while I love ambiguous endings, I think endings to stories where you end up having to wonder if EVERYTHING you saw in the series was meant to be real or just the MC's dream/imagination, is just lazy writing. I haven't finished the novel yet, and I DON'T WANT spoilers because I intend to finish it, but whether this ending is canon or changed for the adaptation, it's very lazy and honestly, would generally raze any and all feelings I had for the show under normal circumstances.

That said, even after finding out that Nanzhu was an NPC, I found myself still entirely invested in discovering the outcome, I wasn't actually irritated at all, and quite outstandingly, I enjoyed the subsequent episodes as much as the all the previous ones. I was surprised by this, because generally out of sheer irritation, I'd drop a show that springs the nonsense on me of a very VERY important MC not even being real three quarter way through a series (this long too). But I didn't want to drop this because I was really interested and invested in the plot and characters and after finishing it, I can honestly say don't regret anything I felt or thought while watching this, so I'll still give is a 9.5. If MDL allowed, maybe even a 9.7

Overall, I'm walking away satisfied. Also, I choose to consider the mini episode of 78 optional because I think it was unnecessary, especially since 77 was far more solid as an ending for this series. 77 ended on a much, much more engaging and ambiguous but positive note.
So for me, Ep 77 was the close of this series.

I'm commenting again after watching some people's comment...Complaining about the ending I can't find any proper…
A lot of people are confusing open ends with plot holes and using that as a reason to claim the story fell short. We encounter plenty of things and people in life and not all of them are related to one another, and not all of the people and things that are important at one point in life continue to be in future. In the end, a character or story line might be relative to the past in a story but not the present, and so whatever happened to them has no place in the story after it moves forward.

The story told showed us everything we needed to see as it related to the main characters.
As for the ambiguous ending, I LOVED it. Exactly what I wanted actually. heh. I wrote my thoughts of the ending in my review on what I think the ending means, but overall, I'm content. I don't want a sequel, I don't want a special episode. XD

Exactly, imagine if Non was a girl and its a straight series without any of this kind of toxic delulu shipping.…
This whole conversation topic thread is tired AF and I really wanted to just scroll past all this mess, BUT I stopped here because I wanna say I do totally agree with your comment; if Jin had been a female character doing what he did in this show, ALL these shippers of whoever and whatever would have been besties, all hating on 'her' together and getting along like a house on fire ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚ ๐Ÿ˜‚

Do you guys really think New will die?
I think it's good if he dies AFTER achieving his revenge, only because I don't think he should keep suffering after the shit he's been through. OR I hope we get an open ending for him. Maybe he gets injured in all the chaos and at the end he disappears into the woods never to be seen again, and the audience never knows if he lives or dies. I personally, would love the latter scenario.

PREACH. It's so funny bruv, just the other day one of the Thai fans commented here saying the international fans were the problem. I just kept scrolling with an expression like the Jackie Chan face meme.

If anyone can tell me what was written in the paper that Tee found with Non's dead body!
Non's note was counting down something, either the days he'd spent there or his debt, the note read: [I'm gonna get out of this place, I'm not a loser.] You can see it around 32:24 in episode 11.

โ€œthe closet thing to MaxTulโ€ .. Youโ€™ve got to f be kidding me !! Tell me youโ€™re kidding !!! MaxTul and…
I see, nah it's all good, if the comment wasn't for me no problem. That user who commented, VBLHwa, they made the same comment about the same thing to me before, like they can't accept someone not agreeing with their opinion about whoever MileApo are. I don't know that pair and I'm not interested in knowing them, I told the user last time but they commented this again ๐Ÿ™„ sigh.

About the commenter's feelings on real couples, I don't care about all that. I don't follow the real actors personal relationships with anyone or each other. I barely even watch fanservice, I watched some of MaxTul's fanservice back in the day, and I've seen MosBank stuff cause I follow them both on IG, but it's not that deep for me. I only have four Thai onscreen pairs I really like; MaxTul and MosBank are #1 and #2 on my list. I agree though, MaxTul are hard to surpass, they're are, as I said, unrivaled.

I personally like Isbanky just as he is. And I didn't read the novel of Big Dragon, so I only know him as Yai from the series and I really liked his portrayal of that character. Imo, something being missing is def to blame on the Big Dragon script/plot, because it was sh*t. I really hope SunsetxVibes has a better script, MosBank deserve something better. They're so good together onscreen. As for their careers, I'd like to see Isbanky in something else, I think he'd play a good villain if given the chance.

It has been officially published in English and can/should be purchased to support the author, but if you can't buy it, it can still be found online. I have seen it online even after the official publication, you'd just have to look for it online if you didn't have the money to buy it. But if you can, you should buy it! :D
