Ep 1: Always nice to come across a BL that has a nice solid first ep with a real story and proper substance to their characters. Bonus that it's Taiwan.
In the novel in what chapter does BL begin to develop?
There's flirting from relatively early but it's not very serious, could be taken as joking. It's more than halfway through the novel before the flirting starts being taken seriously.
To actually answer your question, basically, the final scenes with Phi and Jin escaping and being happy are all…
If that happens they're insulting their own plot and story 😂that would be embarrassing and weak af, I will drop my rating by like, half, for some bs like that.
The show did end perfectly! And that's why I think a special ep is sus because I have a bad feeling it's been done just to please the shippers who whined throughout the airing of DFF. There is no need for any continuation imo.

Hm, I disagree about it being Phi for a few reasons. But I guess there is no point discussing it since there will be a special episode which will probably reveal whatever. Can't say I'm looking forward to a special episode, DFF ended so perfectly imo. If it turns out to have some shitty shipper fan pleasing conclusion after the special ep, Im'a drop my rating on DFF.
I've never liked it when writers/producers don't know when to stop. They end up ruining a good thing. I'll watch the special ep, but in all honesty, I'm not really interested in it.
That’s really interesting, maybe the remaining episodes were revised/are during the revision again due the censorship…
If it's rerevised and totally dried up because of censorship, I wonder if it would even be worth watching. Sigh. Hopefully if it's being revised they don't change much, the way it is now, even censored, is good.
Y'ALL CLEVER PEOPLE NEED TO EXPLAIN ME THE ENDING because I am too stupid to understand what happened
To actually answer your question, basically, the final scenes with Phi and Jin escaping and being happy are all a dream/hallucination (imo, probably Jin's) and at the end, in the final scene, what Phi says is true, they didn't leave the house, implying everyone died.
The thing that throws me off is when everyone hallucinated Non, they ALL saw him beat up and in the same clothes...…
Nah, it's consistent. In episode 11 they all saw him in the outfit they hallucinate him wearing, the whole country did after that photo of Non and Keng was leaked because of Top. And they all heard Tee's confession of what his uncle had done to Non, beating him up and what not. But even so, Top and Fluke hallucinated Non in the ghost outfit, Jin didn't see Non at all I think, and Phi and New hallucinated him in various states of awful in those clothes, especially Phi.
I also wanna watched for Maxiin, do you recommended with so many characters??
The story doesn't focus on Max though, so if you're just watching for him you may be disappointed and I'd say you won't like it. I would only recc it if life drama and complicated, messy relationship stories interest you. Reading the tags are important to make sure you're not caught unawares. Also Max doesn't play a 'good guy' character. There are a lot of characters which feels confusing at first, but they're introduced quite well, through three family story sections, 4 episodes per section. It's a good watch though, it held my interest. I hope this helps!
The novel is original and best and worth reading (if you're a reader to begin with) and yes, sexually explicit…
I have. I loved every minute Don't you worry, if you get into the book and enjoy it you'll soon be discovering all the extras.
Also, the novel has been adapted as a manhua too, and even though the official release doesn't have the explicit parts, the artist drew them anyway unofficially and they were later released on the Internet.
If you're into graphic novels, you will have that to enjoy as well.
There's more still. BUT start with the novel, as it is the original and best!
Well, I tried. I briefly hesitated when the guy in black went up on the pole to perform because that scene was well done and caught my interest, so I continued watching, but I ended up closing ep 1 at 29 some odd minutes anyway, after seeing his character's personality being such a goofy let down. With that, and between skipping the dull af university scenes, trying to ignore the sound effects and Khemtid's very high hairstyle looking hella cringe, I've decided to head out. The aesthetic of this show is not everyone's taste in the end, certainly not for me, so best if I drop it early ✌️
PLEASE REPLY ASAP 😅can anyone tell me in a very short para, what it is about i can't understand or start the…
The story is about Wei Wuxian facing a series of major, tragic and life changing events which reshape him from past to present and then his future. The opening scene in ep 1 is present day, then soon, after a few eps, the show will flash back for a several episodes (I do mean several) to bring you up to speed, then ultimately bring you back to the present day, and then the story continues to unravel until the conclusion. It's a fairly complex story of power plays, betrayal, revenge with some fighting, feels and the occasional emotional devastation thrown in. There are also really good twists, humor, great acting and a censored love story between the two ML's (a bromance if someone wants to act completely blind). This show isn't political but it does have a lot of characters.
The story revolves around Wei Wuxian at a level of 10, Lan WangJi at a 9.8 (because he's briefly not featured for plot reasons). Those are the two MC's.
I will always recc it. It's pure gold. I hope this is short enough and it helps LOL
Hmm, I'd say 77 perfect open ending, 78 makes it bitter sweet and much less open.

Two or three years from now we'll probably get 'leaks' of XZG dressed up as Ruan Baijie, you know, when the people involved in the production feel like the government has forgotten about The Spirealm gaining popularity despite them trying to shut it down. lol
