Okay, uh, genuine question y'all, would you recommend someone to watch this to burn time while waiting for their…
Lol you're desperately trying not to watch Revenged Love huh? The Spirealm is awesome, while waiting for a proper Chinese BL, watching a censored one will still be good, TS was taken down because it wasn't quite censored enough. You won't regret watching it.
I liked this episode. Nankrai was set free here, whether he chooses to take that out or not, Tontae let him go with those words. I'm glad for that, at this point in the show, I would rather Nankrai and Tontae not be together, Nankrai can move on. Tontae is very silly though, 'falling in love' in five days and setting his whole world off its axis. He's gonna' have a bad time going through life with such a head-in-the-clouds mindset.
As for that single real kiss Nankrai gave him, really nice moment. Really good scene. Tontae is an idiot. But hey, as they say, you don't know what you've got til' it's gone.
At this point I don't even care if Sun and Peace end up together, I'm not sure I ever cared, I just wanna see Sun finally sort this shit out. It's spiraled so far out of his control and getting worse, he's absolutely terrible at being a gang leader. As for Peace, just, he's so...empty. That boy doesn't need a lover, he needs to be orphaned from his pos father, to take some time for personal space and to see a therapist. This has been an entertaining shitshow!
Filmed with Chinese actors in Mainland China but sold and aired outside of China. Censorship can't touch it. We've been deprived of Chinese proper BL's for too long, just enjoy it :)
Here's to Xiao Shuai calling out Suo Wei's denying ass. He's already halfway down bad for Chi Cheng, experiencing gay panic without even fully realizing it 😂 that said, pretty sure Xiao Shuai's also gonna get his denial called out soon enough about Cheng Yu. This show's got me in its grasp, I've already started making an FMV for it to add to my collection, I need MOAR!
Ok, I obviously flippin love this series, but are they sponsored by Marlboro or something? Because the amount…
Marlboro is actually a longstanding top selling popular brand of foreign cigarettes in China, it's also more expensive than local cigarette brands in China, the average person wouldn't buy Marlboro since it's pricey. So I'm assuming since Chi Cheng is rich, he smokes Marlboro, and since Suo Wei complimented the taste of the cigarette, Chi Cheng bought him a shit ton of those expensive cigarettes.
Hey youuuuuu!! I have a question! I been entertaining the idea of watching this show (Those damn YouTube clips…
Hey! Um, how to describe it. I think it's fairly balanced, because even though the official boxing matches aren't many, there are fighting scenes in other contexts, but they also definitely slip in the two pairings fluffy and sexy moments quite a lot after the main pair get together and the second couple is revealed. It has more fighting and angst than Wandee by far though, because the plot it layered with some angst and tension, other issues and bad guys lurking in the background. Over all I'll honestly say the romance and fighting are almost equal, but again, keep in mind there's some other stuff going on in the plot that expands the focus of the show. I'd recommend giving it until the end of ep 3, by then, if you're not feeling the story and 2 BL pairings by then, you're probs not gonna wanna keep going. Hope this helps :D
Have you seen the director's interview? She talked about the four lead actors and shared all the ups and downs…
That would be me asking Tseng Jinghua to act as a character I've written. I totally get it when you SEE someone as your character 😭 I'm glad she succeeded, he's nailing it!
Hey question to those who watch on YT do you think they will unblock the 5th and 6th episodes for everyone or…
They'll likely keep it for members only going forward, that's how it usually goes on other platforms like Gaga, iQiyi, etc. It's very cheap on YT though.
At this point I'm basically watching this for parts of the plot and AitWin, so I was pretty satisfied with this episode. I do feel like Ait being forgiven by the coach and Win makes sense, since they're both fuck ups in their own ways, but I'd think there'd be more backlash from Thun and Keen, especially Thun. Although thus far, Thun's personality has been very 2D, aside from getting upset over Yut coming on to Keen and getting mad at his father or being lovely dovey with Keen, the rest of the time he walks around like his head is empty, weird character writing, his two settings seem to be 'pointlessly angry' and 'blindly loving Keen', who acted like a bit of a twat in this episode. Overall, I am glad Win forgave Ait, they're the only couple in this show who carries any real weight in interest imo and I want to see more of them before this show is over.
One thing I do wish could have been done much better was the blood and bruising makeup for Win, and his overall state after being beaten. For how heavy handed those hits to his face were filmed and numerous too, he was too uninjured. They should either have made the beating lighter, or did the makeup and aftermath of his face justice. it wasn't enough how they did it.
As for that final development of the episode, it was predictable, saw that coming, but now to see if Thun's dad is really what he seems to be.
They are dubbed by professional voice artists, it's in the show's credits.Wu Suowei - 梓渝 Zǐ yúChi Cheng…
Sure, here's a link: https://www.instagram.com/p/CJ76h_wAuS-/?img_index=1 I bookmark certain things so I can rewatch them occasionally, this is one of those. Their voices were great, but the voice over dub was great too for The Untamed. And yeah, nothing's perfect. I noticed people complaining about the voice overs in Revenged Love, but I honestly haven't noticed anything bad.

For me, as long as the voice is in sync with the actor's speaking and not wildly different from how the actor themselves might sound, I don't really mind much, I'm used to it by now since it's common in Chinese shows. Sometimes the voice actors are too breathy or they overdo the sounds, but otherwise, I don't find it distracting.
I would obviously prefer the real actors voices recorded in real time for the scene though, more natural audio that way (no vacuum sound), and the actors usually sound fine. Have you heard Wang Yibo and Xiao Zhan's real voices in the recorded scene from the Qiongqi Path rain scene in The Untamed? They sounded great.
Overall imo, the dubbing is a pity, but not a deal breaker for me.
Could anyone be so kind and paste exactly what she's written? This site is only for logged users :/
Haha XD I think we understood Xie Lian a little differently, to me, because the strength of his cultivation depended highly on his level of mental and physical sexual purity, he went most of life not even thinking about those things in relation to himself. He obviously knew about them, but he didn't ever relate them to himself. He's kind of like Aziraphale (the angel from Good Omens), who spent more or less 7000 years on earth but was still 'pure', not because he was ignorant but because he never let those kinds of things get close to him or let himself get close in turn. Until Hua Cheng (and Crowley in Good Omens) came along and burst their respective innocent bubbles, hehe, both with first time confusing kisses mind you. I hope you enjoy rereading the official translation! It's such an amazing book!
"*Its title should've been "when it doesn't fit, it just won't fit"" ~~ LOL
