Basically, Suo Wei wants Chi Cheng to fall for him, just so that Yue yue (his ex gf,) can get dumped by Chi Cheng…
From what I assume, it looks like Chi Cheng suspects Suo Wei of having some ulterior motive, but as of the first four eps, he hasn't yet figured out exactly what it is yet.
is there anyone who can dumb down the snake plan for me,I'm not really following it what's wu suo Wei's intention…
Basically, Suo Wei wants Chi Cheng to fall for him, just so that Yue yue (his ex gf,) can get dumped by Chi Cheng and feel the pain he felt at being dumped by her. The whole snek breeding plot is just another reason for Chi Cheng to like/be interested in him because Chi Cheng loves sneks. Suo Wei did NOT think this plan through very well. hehe
My ONLY critique for this series is that it's entirely too short. All four episodes could've been a singular episode.…
The Youtube account has released a 'director's cut' full length version, so it's like one long ep or a short film. I think it's also a smidge longer than the four eps, not sure what little bit extra is in there lol https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YxKTaSStyIY&list=WL&index=14
We all wish it could have been loooooonnnnggerrrr.
Yes. I don't think it's sending any messages, maybe to be aware of bad breeding, but it deserves a trigger warning.…
I think an animal cruelty tag would be technically incorrect because; a) the 'snake fighting' isn't real, as in, snake fights don't exist irl and the ones here are (as we all know) CGI. So the whole thing is fiction. b) feeding mice to snakes is not animal cruelty, it's like using worms to bait fish, it's just their food source. You keep a pet snake, you have to feed it. c) the breeding farm stuff is fucked up, but the show is talking about it in a negative light anyway, not glorifying it
But still, let's see, I added the tag. Unfortunately this is from China, where laws protecting animals are pathetic. I do worry about how the real snakes were treated on set ( I always worry about the animals in all Chinese shows π), but hopefully there was no actual animal cruelty on set.
Okay but also, how come we haven't talked about the fact that Chi Cheng and Cheng Yu are lowkey hot together too, like, that cigarette lighting scene ya'll??? I'd take a piece of that side action, or at least some UST π
I'll be real, the ending scene was really well done in terms of pacing and music and filming style, however, it…
I'm not even tryna beef, it's just a fact. From the focus of touches he 'wanted' to his body, to his mannerisms of seduction. and to the point of actual 'penetration', it was all /written directed very much as if Khanin is a girl. It was a bit disconnecting tbh. I do want to commend the Charan's actor though, he came through in acting nuance in the scene very well.
How's that small, bare ass enclosure for the python?? I was like, bro you're rich, why is your 'prized' python…
I guess the 'snake' theme decision side of things went something like "I think snakes seem badass, I'll add snakes, lots of snakes" and the rest was written and researched on the fly π€£
I was excited to try this one but as a snake owner it is physically hurting me to watch the inaccuracies lol.…
How's that small, bare ass enclosure for the python?? I was like, bro you're rich, why is your 'prized' python in an empty display cabinet, you caaaaaan't π and let's not even talk about so called 'snake fighting' πππ

Love the show though, no cap.
