Great show - best kdrama in 2024 for me! Love the OST, the story, the directing and most of all, the acting! Amazing amazing chemistry - they truly deserve the best couple award, and the other awards of excellence! The last two episodes were fine to me. Yes parts of episode 12 were a bit makjang but I like that the FL showed a stronger self and went after what she wanted. The culmination of their physical relationship was sexy š„ Paik Yu Yeon was hot with his shades and I thought it was fitting that he ended flirting with 406. Sorry for the spoiler!
This drama is a great start to 2025! In two days, I binged until episode 17 and thoroughly enjoyed the show so far. It's such a well-written and intelligent story, and the humor is so on-point! Dylan is hot as XQA, and I love his two copper guardian side kicks - those 3 musketeers always made me laugh. In fact, most of the characters are great! I like the story now, with the action and case-solving, and would prefer no romance, but since there is a romance tag, I guess it will happen sooner or later. I don't find the Princess Lin'An that silly - in fact, I think she is smarter than she lets on in front of others. TXW is really pretty as the princess. Let's hope the show does not lose steam towards the end.
A pretty fun bingeable sageuk with modern touches. I started after watching KYH in Lovely Runner and she was good in this one as well, playing a similar character who was plucky, smart, and cute. The chemistry between her and OTY was good but they had more sizzling sparks with other leads.
Overall a decent story but like the other viewers, I did not like the outcome for some characters. Seemed unnecessarily tragic for a drama that was more light-weight than melo.

Thereās so much plot armor in this show -Hee Joo, Sa Eon, Do Jae and Villain Sa Eon all miraculously surviving and almost all looking completely fine š¤£ I canāt decide who was worst - the mother who takes protecting her child to the extreme, or the father who didnāt give his son a chance by committing him. Wow, the grandfather who left such a mess and so conveniently diedā¦
So am I, the kid of the family, the real one, had eye surgery, that is how i got it. So it cannot be the kidnaper.…
So far there are two theories - one is that it was the father so it could be a hereditary trait linking to the kidnapper. The other is that it was just a cover story to explain the switch. I think there is still more to our MLās back story. Hopefully ep 10 will reveal his connection to the grandfather.
The assistant told Hee Joo that Mr. Baek got eye surgery when he was young so he no longer had different eye colours. Which Mr. Baek? We know it is not the real SaEon since he still has different colours eyes but it cannot be the ML, right?

Iām enjoying this show - itās cliched but the identities of the 4 make it interesting!
