I just finished ep 22, and I feel like stopping until I know at least one of the corrupted folks gets properly punished. It's so frustrating to see all the good that's coming undone because of them.

Yeah, like you said it is all subjective. I may not find the romance as interesting in the beginning but I still get immersed in the cases and how the Ml discovers the truth eventually about the FL.
That’s the beauty of dramas - everyone finds a unique flavor

That’s true, they do trust each other after all the misunderstandings were cleared up. It’s interesting to me because the whole show has the underlying theme of romance but it is more the cases that got my attention.

Although after ep 19, I started to root for the main couple more!

It is interesting even though quite predictable and things happen very conveniently.
It’s a good show to watch when you don’t want to think too much about it.

The casting was not good in the sense that the story started with a face swap but since the two actresses were so different physically, it’s hard to stay on track with that. Not just physical, in terms of mannerism, it also felt like it was a different person. That’s why so many commentators were confused 😅

Anyway, iI would recommend it mainly for LXY haha

I had put this show on hold for a bit because the plot was just too convenient for me and acting from some was distractingly amateurish. However I want to finish it because of LXY. Caught up to ep 21 and I am enjoying Pan Yue’s shift in attitude after he discovered the truth. His outfits are getting more glamorous and I’m digging the caped outfit with the ombré from blue to white.

Can someone spoil for me and let me know if the main couple will get together before ep 26? Thank you!
