The closest character I can think of is 角 which means Jiao or horn. But I cannot think of the connection.

Seeing Prince Yue with YMS ‘ sister’s bracelet, it reminded me of an earlier conversation between YMS and Ya Si about how Wufeng was able to smuggle people into the Gong residence once in the past but only person was found…during that conversation, I thought they were talking about her sister.
Did I remember incorrectly or Prince Yue was really thinking of the sister?

Interesting start - I love lakorns like this where they span over multiple lives and this also has the supernatural elements.
Pretty obvious who the main villain is but that’s how it is for most lakorns.
I look forward to see how the ML overcomes the curse!

I actually like the transition to the 4th couple now - getting tired of the evil scheming of Ke Shi Zhao and the maid. Plus Pingwei should get his own love interest. 😄

This show should have wrapped it up in 12 episodes instead of dragging out for 4 more episodes. Thank goodness for the few sweet scenes between the leads.

I don't like either couple - JB's sister's story especially with Hou Jie seems unnecessary, and the intern girl and SY's friend is too cliched (hate to love trope) - from the girl being interested in the ML to being with SY's friend most likely

Sheng Yang's family dynamics are so relatable and very much like the typical Asian family (mine at least). We don't flat out apologize, say please or thank you...Instead, we show it through our gestures and actions. My parents like SY's would often just start talking to each other and doing things for each other like nothing happened even if they had a cold war just before...
I have to admit that the scenes made me reflect on how much my siblings and I have taken my mum (and my dad to a certain extent) for granted!

I cannot wait to see how YWS explains herself! It’s been so long since a drama keeps me on the edge of my seat, unable to predict the next scene. The writing is tight too providing details that make sense after they have been revealed to the audience.

I like the FL character! She’s spunky and willing to own her feelings but rational enough to know when it’s time to end her shenanigans. Her actions were not even that cringey compared to other FLs in other shows.

Yeah - luckily our FL has the villagers rooting for her 😆
