Started earlier today and binged up to ep 10. I am so drawn to the main couple and they play off each other so well. I have always liked Feng Shao Feng and he’s really suitable for historical dramas. His last drama was an editing mess so I hope this show will maintain its quality. It’s my first time seeing Jing Tian and so far she’s doing great. Her FL character is refreshingly strong intelligent and relatable. I’m enjoying the story as well. Nothing original but the plot flows well and the underlying humor is on point. Looking forward to catching up on the remaining 8 episodes!
This was a good watch despite the holes and flaws. Love the chemistry between leads. Film never disappoints with his ability to morph into any role and Prang also acted very well. Both of them are just so gorgeous to look at. Most of the cast did great too. The fight scenes could have been done better. Most of the time it looks like they were randomly hitting and jumping at each other lol. I also didn’t like how they treated a character. His outcome was unnecessary. Overall, the story was interesting but I was hooked mainly by the romance between Therawat and Sarika.
Great lakorn! The chemistry between James Ji and Taew never disappoints and they are just such a visual treat! Interesting story with featuring different eras. The villains were pretty well written. They were not stupid and even though their motivations were nothing original, there were enough twists to keep things unpredictable. I’m glad that I finally watched this since it was time well spent.
What a great roller coaster ending! Before I even had time to call Jaewon an ass, I was immediately sucked into tear-jerking scenes with Jinhee, Eunmi and Mijeong. Then it was on to poignant moments mixed with crazy and fun. Jinhong was right when he said that the mother-daughter were like girls going through puberty...lol
Jinsoo - haha, I suspected and now confirmed!
Even though I wish the last episode was all about Jaewon and Jinhee but I am glad that the story focused on Jinhee and Eunmi gaining their own independence. I really like Jinhee being so calm and cool with Jaewon.
