I’m all caught with ep 8. This show is different and very interesting. The show focuses on humanity and I cried so much. Still the cases were well written and the pacing is good. Taiwanese shows are underrated.

Her judgement has been clouded by the recent events. I don't think she even knew that Anning did the ultimate sacrifice for her, ordering LMX to go save her instead of Anning. She was resentful about Hanye killing LMX that I don't think she would have made that leap about him knowing.
To me, she was putting a brave cold front so that she does not give in to her true feelings. LMX and her companions also see that.

She can't because she didn't know that Hanye knew. In her mind, Hanye probably thought that LMX was dead so she cannot put LMX at risk.
