I recognized WQM's face from somewhere and noticed the references to TTEOTM. Then I could picture the character…
Lol - I know I shouldn’t judge the actress based on her character but I was so freaking irritated by her. Well it seems that LLH shut the romance down so we may not have to see her that much.
bro if anle don’t want hanye, i will happily take him
I'll be in line for Hanye. LMX is too controlling for me. I feel like Hanye will treat me like an equal partner whereas LMX will want greater things for me lol
I understand that justice must be served for the 80000 people who died, but fuck me WHY THESE MUTHAFACKERS GUILT-TRIPPING…
I think less Anle and more LMX. LMX wants the entire Han family to be removed from the Imperial court so he presses the issue and guilt-trips HY. Anle only wants to get justice and she even told Hanye that he should not feel guilty about something that was not of his doing.
After I watch Ep 32 and 33 Preview, I don't know Why I feel FL always give importance and priority to SML / She…
SML was the one who saved her, stayed by her, and helped her achieve her 10-year dream of seeking justice. He went to jail and got tortured to protect her and was willing to follow her no matter what the future held. Most importantly, they did not have the weight of their backgrounds dividing them. DZY could openly care for him, show him gratitude and affection.
It is different for the ML - she loves him, and everyone could see that but she has to be restrained. She held back from her own feelings because they both knew that there was too much history between them. To this point, she does not even know the extent of Hanye's, the ML's sacrifice for her. You will see in the later episodes when she finally finds out, how deep her feelings are.
If it goes by the new rules China has imposed, they will have to wait at least 3 months.
That's true! That's a good way to think about it ;D I just hope that they won't delay the release just because of another rule or something controversial
I have been crying continuously my eyes are swollen. It was one of the most emotionally charged episodes. OMG,…
You are right! I was focused on our main couple, but there was so much emotional turmoil for the other characters. I have not seen next episode's preview but I saw a spoiler posted below. I am already crying since I really wanted a happy ending for her 😭😭😭
This show has become so fast-paced. I was wondering how Hanye figured out so quickly that the Left Chancellor…
It is frustrating! If only the show used the later pair of director and scriptwriter from the beginning. We would have gotten a well-paced, exciting, not too many filler dramas.
The fake DZY and matriarch scenes were sort of meh so yeah, I too don't think they were necessary.
I guess I want our two leads to be wilful, to follow their hearts but you're right, Hanye being the crown prince and DZY the on'y survivor (supposedly), the divide is too wide. You really brought home the point when you said "can't ever see DZY calling the emperor dad!" LOL
Just my opinion (also, novel spoilers and analysis below): Anning's character in and of itself is not much different…
Thank you for the detailed explanation -sadly the show did not stick to the novel's plot. That would have made more sense.
I understand her turmoil and dilemma when faced with the choice of betraying her own family especially her Grandmother who has treated her well and her childhood best friend. Thayt guilt is a heavy burden to bear.
It was her obliviousness to Mo Bei's schemes that made her look weak. We hardly got to see her amazing martial skills except for when she was introduced so overall, the show really did this character dirty.
It is a beautiful song.
