Oh really, I quite like the way the reveal was done. I rather it happened this way instead of Anle carrying out…
Your assessments are spot on...
I was wondering what kind of revenge does Anle want ultimately because she says that the Han family must pay back everything that they caused the Di family to lose.
Yet, at the same time, she spoke about Hanye being a good ruler to the Jing state in the future with LMX. Like you said, she also wants to spare Anning. So I guess she just wants the mastermind to be caught and a public apology to clear the Di family's name as traitors. But how about the 80000 men, what kind of payback does she want?
Hanye does show that he is always thinking, gathering intel, and forming his conclusions but as you noted, he's not logical around Anle as he has demonstrated multiple times. I like that part and I want to see more of that! The more passion, the better lol

Yes, as much as I like to complain...Gong Jun is actually very good with his expressions...like the WTF looks he kept giving DCE whenever she sucked up to the Empress Dowager, or "I am so not interested in you" look when she tried to cozy up to him, or the jealous poutiness whenever Anle was with her Mingxi Gege...lol

Oh definitely, the leads can do better. Yeah, I wonder which of the 4 directors was working...how can the actors develop a good rapport with so many cooks in the kitchen... Yes ep 18 was one of the better ones - Anle's stare down...👍
Yes! Some progress! Not perfect but at least we have moved forward.Things I liked -Progress in the plotAnning,…
Note that Anning also blamed herself for being drunk and slept through the night that Hanye and Anle fell off the cliff...lol...at least she knows her own weakness
It's getting harder for DCE to act all sweet and subservient to Muqing. Soon he is going to unwind himself from around her finger. I really hope that day will come!
I know... I would never I know.... I'm scared of heights but if it was motherly instinct like my mother said she…
Exactly...many can say that she reacted impulsively...but I think most of us, me for sure would run and then brake so hard at the edge...just can't do it... Maybe when I get that motherly instinct like you said, I can...haha!

I completely agree with you about the emotional delivery, which seemed to be lacking in the entire show so far...Anle not as revengeful as she should be, the lack of urgency during the fire scene, Hanye's reaction to the fake DCE when she first arrived before he even suspected anything, and now as you noted, Anning's and Hanye's inner reactions towards the truth
Oh really, I quite like the way the reveal was done. I rather it happened this way instead of Anle carrying out…
Well, their reactions remained pretty true to their characters. Hanye ...cautious, biding his time and waiting for Anle to be ready to tell him Anning... guilty and afraid of confronting DZY with the secret she has. She was like that with the fake one, and now, with the real one she is also avoiding...
if i must be honest i dont like the writing and directing in the last 3 ep it feels like a mess and the revelation…
Oh really, I quite like the way the reveal was done. I rather it happened this way instead of Anle carrying out her original reveal plan. I also like the way the different parties play each other. Overall, the story has picked up for sure. Slap in DCE's face - I don't even care if she is still around...since no one cares about her...except for Muqing, I guess
Yes, eps 20 & 21 were good ones - all the double-crossing and playing one against the other...
- Finally, the Han siblings figured things out! I'm surprised that Anle has not realized that Hanye now knows. He's hinting so hard, lol - Anle shows a little ruthlessness playing the Gu son against his father. Brilliant!
