Totally and what’s even more impressive is that they are doing a great job with the youth drama genre. It’s just the right amount of awkwardness but with a relatable level of skinship and sweetness!
A lot of credit need to go to ZLS and CZY for their chemistry and acting talent but I want to give a shout-out to the director as well. It takes good directing to draw out just the right emotions and expressions from the actors and I must say the director Lee Ching Jung did an excellent job.
It was like when many of us were watching ADOS, and we were enamored by the ML played by Chen Xiao - he had the perfect gazes and smoldering stares for the FL... most of us were saying that the female director knew what the audience wanted...lol
CZY in this drama really perfected the loving way one should look at their GF/BF....😍😍😍 And I think it is the amazing teamwork of the director, crew and actors that gave us this wonderful drama!

I would say it is a slow-paced show and more character-driven than plot-driven.
The first 10 episodes focused on showing the characters' backgrounds and history but still left some mystery around why certain things were happening to the FL.
There is some focus on psychological counseling in the form of the FL's lectures and therapy treatment methods, but I don't see it as the show's focal point.
40 episodes do seem too long so I probably will wait for another 10 to air before watching again since following it daily may feel too draggy...
