Ep 34 felt like a slice of life drama with the focus on the different cases worked on by the prosecutors and the police plus a side story of XME continuing to lay his trap

The thing about WJG is that he will consider his duties and family reputation above everything. So I think if CWD does use FY as bait, WJG will show up but I cannot say that it’s because he cares for FY. He may care more that MX is there

I look forward to that too. They don’t judge each other’s backgrounds and MX seems to have overcome her fear of him. It will be fun to watch them progress!

You’re right though, at this point there is no reason to reveal it except it may make FY understand why her husband is so distant with her and MX is so sad. However that is probably not worth her feeling heartbroken.

I agree that WY would be a good match. Among all three, he would not be the one to put the country and his men first. Everything would be about MX just like what he is doing now.

I’m over being irritated at MX’s lack of honesty in the love triangle but I truly feel bad for FY. She loves MX like a real sister and treasures her.
MX has definitely matured a bit but she is so disillusioned. Luckily she perked up and showed some of her fiery spirit with CWD. That guy is good for her!
Seems like it is not quite a clean break yet. WJG still favors MX - no cheating, don’t worry people 😁 but even his subordinate knows who is in his heart.
The war game between CWD and WJG is interesting to watch.I only wish they could be comrades in the end. Doesn’t sound like it in the novel.
Ooh CWD is going to suffer MX’s wrath…looking forward to it!

I think so too! Must be XME’s doing and he was instigating the employees to treat the son well but in a mocking way. Luckily the police immediately pointed out the CCTV. I was screaming the whole time for them to look at the cameras 😆

I thought that when An Ni and HLY were investigating yHQ, they came across details about the mother and son. I look forward to seeing how they got him. Hopefully it’s not something lame like him losing his cool with An Ni
