Yeah but there are other young actors who can kiss better. However they were in noona romances like Falling Into You and Why Women Love. Both MLs are young and the FL is Gina Jin so maybe she led them well š
Iām not a fan of the first FL but HCF jealous and then in love is so adorable. Iām begrudgingly accepting their relationship š So happy for Robin and his love potential. Second FL already adding the much needed interest for me!

Double Love was a good watch because the comedy was on-point and the FL was really good in her character. Itās no wonder she is considered one of the four Dans. Bi Wen Jun was a bit stiff at first but he warmed up and his acting range was wider. He was eye candy as usual. The characters were also more fun and the chemistry among the cast was top notch. The problem is that the editing of scenes were badly done so you might have to look at the comments for missing cut scenes to avoid frustration. Silence of the Monster has a different feel and engaging in its own way. Acting not as good here and I personally find the first FL very bland. The second FL just appeared for me and already is adding flavor to the show. Overall though the bromance between the two male leads is whatās carrying the show right now. Stories are entertaining but at a superficial level. Cinematography is great and I love the vintage lens applied to the filming. Song of the Moon is full on melodrama xian xia so I donāt think you can compare really. Full of eye candy, the FL is a bit weak in acting compared to the other characters but not too bad.
It would be even better if Seven was playing an arrogant but emotionally smart FLā¦right now, Iām mostly irritated…
I think GNT was not only saying that she was too emotional. She also showed error in her judgement, bad attitude and unprofessionalism. After seeing her mom, we know why CX was so combative though and youāre right, demotion was not fair at allā¦so Iām glad she didnāt give up and that GNT continued to help her. Yes! Finally a ray of light in episode 10ā¦ I too look forward to the hate to love progression between our CP š„°
I was thinking of starting this drama. But the ratings keep on going down every time I revisit the page.
Donāt trust MDL ratings when the show is still airing. Even after the show is done, there will be people who will rate it low just becauseā¦ Better you try it out for yourself.
After ep 9, Iām wondering if CXās chip on her shoulder mostly comes from her interaction with her motherā¦always…
I had the same thought! I didnāt get the sense that the chip on her shoulder came from her experience in the Freight department. It was more her trying to constantly prove herself to her mom!
Ep 8 - I know it was an emotional moment but when those elevator doors opened and I saw all the pilots waiting for CX to get off, I am reminded how much I love seeing men in uniform š

Actually my cousin is a pilot and they are evaluated not only in their technical skills but also their emotional management. The pilots are required to go through psychological evaluations called pilot aptitude tests and feedback from peers and superiors. If a passenger plane pilot cannot be calm and rational when issues arrive, that pilot is a higher risk. Thatās why I completely agree with GNT when he said that she may have the best skills but psychologically she is not qualified yet to fly passenger planes. She could be the best pilot for cargo transport for now but she still needs some training to be responsible for passengers. For me the writing has been good so far and realistic which is not surprising since the show is said to be based on real-life incidents. Youāre right, crying is not a weakness at all. I would be surprised if CX has not broken down more often. Itās unfair to have a superior like Jiang and all her punishments were too harsh. If Jiang had his way, she would have been blacklisted in the industry if it was not GNT trying to save her. If this is a typical CDrama, we will see a turning point for the CX and that nasty piece of work Jiang will get properly punished!

Thatās the problem - she is too emotional. When she cried after GNT gave her his personal recommendation when she was not fit to be a passenger pilot, it was because she could not deny all the reasons he gave her. When she didnāt join in with her colleagues to try and get GNT to compete with the Australian captain, it was because she knew it would not work. Youāre right - she was trying to be professional when she told her team to hold back but too bad, again because of her emotions, she gave people reason to punish her. I also agree with you that GNT overreacted at times because of his past trauma but overall when it comes to the work, he has been reasonable and tried to guide her as an instructor. Unfortunately like you said, she was over-confident like the first girl in class. I actually like seeing her having no response whenever GNT pointed out where she can improve. CX should have some learning experiences. She worked so hard in the past so that she can have a perfect record so why is she making all these mistakes now? Jiang may be a sexist pig but he had all these legit excuses like her behavior in Australia, the passenger complaints etc. Even Xie and GNT cannot help herā¦
Just finished episode 3 and I understand her frustrations. She has reached rank to be promoted to capitain but…
Not unreasonable at all but the way she was jumping to all the wrong conclusions was a bit much and not minding her attitude was a low EQ moment. Another commenter noted that the show is about her personal growth as well as challenges in the industry. So I guess the show is setting up her character development by showing all her weaknesses up front first. Once you watch the later episodes, youāll know what I mean š
