- Like father, like daughter - The juxtaposition of Wei Shao remembering Manman's words as her own father expressed the same sentiments - incredibly well done! Selfishness breeds selfishness - now we can see why Da Biao does not have the same sense of loyalty...
I cant believe my eyes what I am testify right now. I just covered my whole ehad with my hands mist stop couple…
Haha - I love that steamy scene between Wei Shao and Manman. I commented below that I really enjoyed the background music going Tadaaa...Tadaaaa...Tadaaaa. Like the show was celebrating with us 🥳... FINALLY... I was singing along
Watching episode 34 now and getting incredibly pissed off. So I am going to pause and note some of my favorite moments from episode 32;
Episode 32: - When Manman offered to play the qin, Wei Shao was like "on no, that's ok, he's heard her play before..." 😂

- EYE ROLL moment 🙄When Da Biao said that she won't let anyone control Bizhi using her....I thought...well yeah, that's because she alone controls him, EDIT; Now watching ep 34 and knowing the ending...feels like an incredibly sad moment ðŸ˜

- The memorial rites - the looks of acceptance, Wei Shao's introduction , the background music....my tears flowing... ðŸ˜
I laughed when the marquis said that because Zang Hai has been running circles around him for 24 episodes straight…
When you recapped all the horrible things he’s done, I thought—yes, he absolutely deserves the harshest punishment.
But I also completely agree—his character is so complex that it’s hard to place him squarely as just a villain. He’s not even morally gray, more selfishly evil than good, but there’s a layer to him that makes me want to root for him despite everything. Not only is he a well-written character, the actor playing him is also great. He brings out those conflicting layers so convincingly.

Exactly - I like his character a lot. Maybe I don't want as painful pf a death as you do, hehe... but I think the best ending for him is to help ZH and ZhiXing get rid of the real mastermind and then sacrifice himself! Before that, get rid of that second wife too.
I posted today similar comment that we need to apricate avisor the most he is their matchmaker lets say. If he…
I know right, it's amazing how many comments we have and mostly good ones (meaning non-toxic). Not too many haters which is nice unlike other shows where antis keep down-rating the show
When the Marquis told Zang Hai that it wasn’t easy to deceive him, I rolled my eyes. But then he started interrogating Zang Hai, and I had to admit, the man clearly has a sixth sense. The way he pieces things together is actually pretty impressive.
I’m torn about him. On one hand, he absolutely deserves punishment. But like some other viewers, I can’t help hoping for a redemption arc. Maybe he’ll get one, but still ends up dead.

Yes, if it were not for him, we would not have our couple...haha!
Hehe - I can't decide to change it to our lead couple or keep it lol
