Thank you so much! I have been trying for almost 9 episodes now, but still just cannot get into it while all I see is praises about this drama. Someone even said that it comes close to Love and Redemption (my all-time fav) whereas nothing really engaging happpend in here till ep 9 aside from unnecessary long walks of a poker faced ML. The FL seems to be the saving grace here but it needs two to tango, ML doesn't match her energy. I donot see any chemistry between them. The comments here kept me going. Thanks, now i'll drop this

Can somebody tell me if Sol used all the new 3 chances that she got? I don't have the cirage of watching ep 13 and will watch it together with ep 14

You'll have to erase Love and Redemption from your mind for the time being, while watching a new xianxia. Chinese entertainment industry could not (i doubt they'll ever be able to) make something that grand or beautiful after Love and Redemption. It'll remain the only jewel.

How is the romance, guys?

To all those people who are speaking about righteousness and attacking people for sympathizing with the villain, you do realize that the makers want the same, right? The makers are biased towards the villain. He is the only character, who is somewhat well-written and well-built. The ML clearly lacks depth. The relationship has no development, no spark, while the the FL goes on to share most of the meaningful scenes with the villain. These are all the makers' doings. The audience is merely going with the flow. Why would the makers sabotage the ML like this is still confusing to me tho.

Umm, you know that law abiding people also do that sometimes, right? Due to loopholes, police do not always get the warrant. How do you think they keep a track of the criminal and get more information on them?

Same! Many people are complaining about how long it took them to get back together but for me, it was perfect! The angst was well served!

If the main psychopath is who I am thinking it is, the casting director deserves appreciation. The child actor looks exactly like the younger version of that psychopath! Makes everything more clear about who the culprit is!

Hong Cha Young is literally my all time favourite kdrama FL!

This is one of the very first Korean dramas that I watched. And I remember loving it too much and rewatching it. Unlike the comments below, I loved the chemistry. It was subtle but fiery. (This drama perhaps started the trend of adding fiery chemistry even though the genre is not romance. Vincenzo, Little Women, Revenge Of Others, Celebrity are following the trend) It was also my first drama of SIG and he was mind blowing in it.

Ep 6 : Okay, I am liking the ML’s character more and more! BUT the FL is a police officer. Of course, she’ll go by the law! What did y’all expect? The ML has been betrayed by the law and much more older than her. So, naturally he is much more mature and doesn’t stick to the law. Also, he has given her absolutely no reason to trust him or rely on him. He isn’t even telling her about his true mission. The FL sees him as a corrupt con- man. Why would she believe him instead of her own instinct? The writer perhaps wanted to show the contrast between the leads! And it’s working!

You’ll are complaining about the FL whereas the ML is the actual annoying character. I am in episode 2 and him letting that criminal go for money is boiling my blood! Nonetheless, SIG is doing an amazing job!

Was a bit hesitant because the ratings are usually unreasonably high if it's a drama of So Hyun. But this drama is truly a gem. Kept me hooked from the beginning. And after so long, I again felt giddy with every little interaction between the leads!! Loved it!

When do the leads fall for each other? And will we be completely deprived of romance in the second half?

I am in episode 6 and I am quite confused. Has the ML realised that his gaming partner is his idol and crush?

When do they actually get together?
