Great article and spot on regarding all the aspects you highlighted. I'm currently watching this drama as well. Love it and thanks for sharing, Tine :)
Every time I read your review I end up learning the A-z’s of the entire production. And this is why I don’t…
Thanks for the read and feedback :) Yes, your Red Maui is very impressive and the real MVP of the show hehe The team of creatures are quite adorable and I realised I forgot to mention the resemblance with the ninja turtles! :D
Such a pity indeed. It's been a while since I last watched Liu Tao but this drama is exactly as you said, atrocious :( Oh well, there'll be more to look forward to. There's actually a new drama coming out next week, Breath of Destiny. The premise sounds interesting but the only disadvantage (for me anyway) is that it's headlined by Tony Yang, they 3rd Prince in Rebel Princess :/
Glad you enjoyed - did you notice the Jabba the Hut 2.0 on a diet?
Really?! I did not, which scene is that? lol There were too many creatures especially in the demon realm but I was transfixed by cute Hell Baby :D It was a lot of fun, I really enjoyed it especially the acting. The leads were great :)
Congrats on your first article! Insightful, articulate and absolutely essential reading for the uninitiated. Every single aspect is covered and spot on, and I like your customised banners too!
I haven't watched IOTNBO, it's still on my list but i remember seeing a fairytale being depicted in the first episode. I didn't realise the entire drama had more fairytales to tell. This is intriguing!
Truly appreciate your latest article which is jam packed with many details that are so articulately conveyed. Thank you for this and looking forward to Part 2! :)
Great article and I love how you summarized the main points to look out for in the drama. I'm currently watching it as well so I appreciate the write-up. Btw, congrats on your first article :)
This article is a 10/10 with a realistic ending. Thank you for the efforts in organising the surveys, compiling the data and presenting it in this detailed and insightful article. Personally I prefer a realistic and positive outcome at the conclusion of the story. Anything other than that would not represent a satisfactory closure for me. The storytelling should convey a message of hope because real life is already filled with seemingly hopeless situations. I think most folks do not need to be reminded of this or a screenplay that reinforces hopelessness.
Congratulations for publishing your very first article and what an entertaining piece it is :) You definitely should do part 2 and with the current batch of dark thrillers on air right now. I would suggest Beyond Evil, Mouse, LUCA, Times and Sisyphus. Well done and look forward to the second part of this series :)
Wow, I didn't even realise that the movie's out. Looks like a good one and your review pretty much confirms it :) Thanks, I'll add it to my bloated list :D
You'd be surprised - I guess the screenwriter deserves some credit on this respect lolK-drama sci-fi is a bit…
I agree, the plot seemed to be going round in circles and again, the premise had so much potential, which was a pity. The cast was pretty stellar too but even they couldn't elevate the drama for me.
You'd be surprised - I guess the screenwriter deserves some credit on this respect lolK-drama sci-fi is a bit…
That's true, we still have sageuk, though I'll need to share my viewing experience on the latest episodes shortly. Memories of ALhambra I actually dropped, which I consider having sci-fi elements. The scenery of Alhambra is gorgeous though :)
I guess this will not be the thing that gets me into sci fi dramas. I surprised that a show with only 12 episodes…
You'd be surprised - I guess the screenwriter deserves some credit on this respect lol K-drama sci-fi is a bit of a hit or miss kind of gamble. Actually I'm enjoying the premise of Sisyphus as well and contrary to popular opinion, I thought the execution, so far, is not half bad.
I"ll never look at street food the same way again :O
