Btw what dudes left the company after the hidden character? Mew? Max? Lotte? I dont see them
I think Max left months ago because of health reasons. Then the other Hidden Character guys to leave recently I think are New, Lotte and Woody. Maybe once they didn't get roles in this series, they saw the writing on the wall for their future at BOC.
Zee is so unlikable. No way he'd last on a college team in a sport that requires teamwork when he's not even willing to practice with his teammates. I think Sprite is a nicer person and I can understand his anger at being attacked and neither the school board nor his father believe him. His father trying to shame him by saying he shouldn't have raised him. And to not embarrass him. With a dad like that, its good Sprites not a raging lunatic.
The first episode was cringey and boring and didn't get interesting until the end. I will give it one more episode and see what happens. Theres so many new BLs starting this month, no need to waste time on boring ones.
Its not been said for the series. But here's my theory: the brain can go around 4 minutes without oxygen before brain death occurs (of course its dependent on lots of factors the exact length of time a person has). Being Sammon is a doctor, that could be the basis of the series- a love story with a medical component, either good or bad. I always felt the series would have plenty of angst.
Latest reported rumor is that all BL filmed adaptations are permanently banned and will never air. Supposedly said by a Tencent executive when asked. ðŸ˜
When I saw the trailer, I immediately thought that the production had taken actors who strongly resembled the…
I think the shorter actor resembles Fandy especially when he smiles but the taller actor reminds me of the one who played Kurosawa in Cherry Magic more than Zach Lu.
forcebook are kinda lame. acting skills are...uhm there ig but not really OUT THERE.
I've been saying since Enchante that Force really needs a different partner. But GMMTV locked into the ForceBook ship and can't let go. I bet they expected their 2nd series to be wildly popular and for that to bring excitement to this one but......no.
Bl is banned in china so this drama didn't air in the country
I am under the impression that if a Chinese production is not aired in China, it still has to pass censorship. Otherwise Chinese producers would take controversial projects (not just BL but any topics banned/ restricted by the government) to other countries undercutting Chinese authority. God forbid Chinese citizens watch anything (legally or other) that is opposite of the values and history, etc, that government wants to push.
Even series sitting on a shelf for years can't be sold to other countries for viewing so productions can earn some money back.
I just finished episode 6 and find Xu Tian so unlikable as a character. This drama is irritatingly slow - are they ever going to leave that town and get on with their journey?
This is kind of off topic but I'm so mad after reading some comments on Youtube.Pear made a mistake with Not,…
We know Pear knew about Kwan but not when she specifically found out. Its possible she found out about Not and Kwan after she got pregnant. Feeling stuck in a corner, she agreed to marry. I mean her and Kawi didn't work out, it'd be another failure if she and Not broke up too, especially being pregnant. I bet she felt shame.
I could see her graduating college and supporting Kawis career, possibly taking less important (or no jobs) so to be available to travel with him as he toured etc. All the while figuring they'd get married and have kids so a career isnt that important.
It's a shame a lot of people have chosen not to watch this due to the preconceived notions about Krist because…
I am not a Krist (nor Singto) fan so this was a hard pass when first announced. The recast with Gawin had me scratching my head but I figured I'd watch one episode and now its gearing up to be one of my fave BLs of the year. I hope the quality lasts and more people give it a try.
I don't think Mig and Gun have any chemistry - at least it wasn't apparent this first episode. The 2nd couple is boring. There was more chemistry between Thana and the high school kid. Instead of going to a weird coffee shop and making a wish to fix everything, maybe Thana ought to tell his BF he was laid off and he feels neglected and worried and wants them to work on their relationship. I will try another episode in case it picks up.
Have we figured out the "one-per" yet? I wondered: if it had to do with the cupcakes? Because, of the instructions…
I think it might have to do with her police promotion test score. We know she messed up on the one exam by putting the answers in the wrong boxes. Maybe she scored 1% so they tease her by calling her one per?
Spoilers from the movie (its up to you to read or not to read ) …
Well supposedly he dates a girl from the surf club. I don't know if it was ever said its his ex. It could be one of the freshmen girls or another for all we know. I hope, itd be worse if he goes back to his ex.
i dont believe jihyun was jaewon's gay awakening because the ex-girlfriend is suspiciously adamant on keeping…
Hmm I think she'd be jealous of anyone new he pays attention to since she wants him back. I think loves being the center of attention. She seemed put out at the surf club when the club president called Jihyun cute and she didn't even know then he knew Jaewon. He was just getting praised and she didn't like it. And her attitude towards Jihyun got worse on the trip as she was ignored in place of Jihyun.
