I think its partly the translation. Keep in mind, subtitles have to basically fit the time the actors speak.
So for example a word in Thai might mean something in English that would take 2 sentences to correctly explain. They don't have that time so they have to get the basic meaning across in the time they have.

Aof is producing this series. I'm sure him and JoJo discussed the script. Aof is not the only BL director to put his leads on rooftops. Its pretty much a BL trope now.

I just finished a K drama with revenge as part of why a guy killed someone and almost killed a 2nd person. He was so set on revenge but only needed a few people to lecture him before he was feeling regret. And the person who manipulated him into seeking revenge killed himself.

They're not thugs but people who belong to the dance club. Someone who speaks Thai says the subtitles say elderly but its more like people in their 30-40s/middle aged. Everyone knows you get drunk people together and there will be some sort of fighting. I've even seen two brothers beat each other up once because one said something the other didn't like.
Bartenders serve underaged people sometimes, especially if they're being tipped well or its a private event. I dont see drunk
people fighting or someone underaged getting alcohol as unrealistic.

I agree. I hope she does not waver and sees it through without guilt. Though I worry that the scriptwriter will make her pay "some" sort of price.

I wonder if DE intentionally chose JYJ to teach her go because she knew his history and psychological makeup and knew he could be motivated or manipulated to do her bidding down the line. DE is very intentional. There are any number of professional Go players or teachers she could learn from. Why choose some random doctor? I think he's been part of her end plan since the beginning.

Isnt her only real friend the girl she met at the factory? All others are people she's using and/or hired to help her complete her revenge.

I think its the dad. He probaly insisted that his son share a room with him because he doesnt want it fo look like he's taking advantage of the family by allowing his son to have a room on the upper level where the family sleeps. Thanya already pays his sons tuition and we know how uptight the dad is about enforcing servant boundaries so I could see him insisting it was ok to share the room with Palm.

Well Dad is old, a liar and the son is desperate. He needs to pass the exam both financially and career wise. His father being exposed as ignoring violent abuse and hitting a teen girl who reports it would ruin his life. There were also other victims he ignored. True life is full of people who kill others to hide shameful secrets. I don't find unreasonable that the son turned on his father rather than be humiliated and financially destroyed as he looses his job.

Nueng knows how manipulative he is. That whole how he got his mom to agree to Palm being able to use the pool and take shooting claases with him was intentionally done.

Nuengs classmates dont like him because he's entitled. Most of them are entitled themselves. Thats not a school full of poor kids. They don't like him because he's an introvert, a loner and smart and doesnt court their friendships just for the sake of them being nice to him. Its obvious kids have tried to use him in the past due to him being rich and have no problem bullying him or badmouthing him now.

I do think Nueng said what he said to Palm because he knew it would hurt him. Same with his snotty comments and orders earlier because he's immature and can't deal with his jealousy and its easier to take it out on Palm then admit his feelings.
