It's not a haters club. It's not a "club" of any kind. It's just a place for people to post their opinions and too many people can't handle that for some reason. I don't really care what the reason is. I don't care if it's because you all WANT this to be a fanpage. I don't care if you simply feel that no one should give negative feedback. I do not care if you resent having to deal with the opinions of people who disagree with you. Whatever your reasoning is, I don't care. We aren't leaving.

There is no obligation to only post nice stuff here. The comments section is titled simply "Comments. It isn't titled "Positive Comments". It's a place for anyone's opinion on the show, no matter what that is. And instead of discussing what some people like about the series, They're posting mad, complaining that not everyone (or even most of the people here) seem to agree that Cutie Pie is a good quality story.

That doesn't change reality, though. A comments page on MDL is composed of the opinions of the masses that visit it. All the varied masses. You need to get used to the idea that this freedom to post according to everyone's opinions does not automatically guarantee you an environment full of ideas that you agree with or like. That doesn't mean there's something wrong going on.

I usually come to the page by searching quickly for Cutie Pie and then this page is at the top of the search returns. But now it's not coming up on any of the returns. Not when I search Cutie Pie? Not with Cutie-Pie, or with Cutie_Pie. Database error or has someone messed something up?

He certainly could have used a bit of it throughout the series. But I'd have been satisfied with him just holding onto his Kirin energy.

It's not the most viewed show right now. And Lots of trash shows meet the trending criteria. And always have. Hell, 50 Shades of Grey trended more and lasted longer and it was utter shit. This is a trash fire in a completely different way than 50 SoG, but it's no less unworthy of the hype. We all know hype in itself isn't any indicator of whether something is good.

There are likely fewer negative comments elsewhere because other places like twitter and youtube lend themselves less to longer forms of feedback and the development of community contacts like MDL does. And "why" the negative reviews are mostly aggregated here doesn't have anything to do with their validity.

Besides, I've seen negative comments elsewhere. Hell, I've left them elsewhere.

And we all know that the ratings on MDL are easy to manipulate. They have never been an accurate litmus for the actual merits of a show. If you like the show, fine. But your flimsy "explain this" demands don't affect how any of us feel about the show and certainly won't change how we post about it.

We've taken on the job of helping each other through the absolute torture that is watching this show by building a rich and entertaining environment to distract people from the pain.

You hit all the high points. It's toxic, boring, creepy and the acting is kind of meh. It has no coherent plot, either.

I found it gross too. But there was "Wow, this is gross. Yeah, okay why is Diao crying? What is that curled lip sneer? (falls asleep and then wakes up later, resets the scene to where I dozed off) OMG it looks like Yi is fucking a 14 year old". And then I laughed my ass off because I legit fell asleep in the middle of a sex scene and that says it all.

I was sure at the end of episode 1 as well. But I decided to give it one more episode before I really hauled out the bullhorn. And yeah, this one was a bust.

It's so boring that I fell asleep halfway through the Yi/Diao sex scene. I kid you not.

Yup. Diao looks like a kid. And part of that was doubtlessly by design in how Diao has been portrayed up to then.

Hang on everyone. Imma be mean for a second. Because I feel like it and it's been a wild ride and somehow this show has exceeded all my wildest expectations for SUCK. I'm truly impressed.

So...here we go. I've been holding onto this for a while now.

I recall posting way back on episode 2 about how crap this all was, and predicting how flimsy the plot would turn out and how gross Lian was. And how it would probably all get swept under the rug and replaced with sex scenes instead of substance. And I also recall catching SO MUCH flak. Yet here we are, episode 10. And all I have to say is "Bitches, I told you so!".

I have watched it from day one and am LMAO. I can't imagine what a clusterfuck it looks like when you binge it. It must be fucking psychedelic.
