When he grabbed her hand and said βLetβs go homeβπ₯°
Loved that scene so much! And when he grabbed her hand, she couldn't see but knew that it was him... the others she recognized by their voices. Him by his touch :')
I have a bad feeling about the conversation Mu Deok and Jang Wook had after the mirror incident. When he said that if he dies, the master should follow and die as well (vice versa) ... and she said she will keep it in mind?!
Hope that's not foreshadowing something... I need both of them alive in the end.. and with 2-3 kids... he should be able to gain something from that libido he tried to protect so much.... XD
Wow, the lastest episode hit deep. What an excellent episode! I'm really impressed by this drama til now. The cases are interesting, the pace is perfect, the characters are enjoyable and the dialogues are so well-written! Definitely my number 2 on my airing dramas after Alchemy of Souls! I'm so happy to have two dramas in a week to get excited about π
And how cute are Woo Young Woo and Lee Joon Ho?! He's already so smitten by her and she makes him flustered even tho he's so nonchalant with all the other girls who are swooning over him. Can't wait for tomorrow! π
I hope this drama will end like Gumiho style, a lovely bittersweet ending. However in this case i love naksu more…
I hope Hong Sisters can end a drama on a happy note again. Their last few dramas all had a sad ending... but there were dramas with happy endings in the past, so maybe it's time for a change again π But it makes me sad to know that Naksu's body was burnt, so there is no way she's gonna return to that body... but it's fantasy right? So everything is possible.... I just want a happy ending for a change... π₯
I see a lot of comments asking if they have to watch Love Playlist season 1-4 to watch this. No you don't, but I'd rather recommend watching those 4 seasons instead of this drama π It's more natural, lighthearted and real. Even the acting is better. I highly recommend season 4 with Park Haneul's and Seo Jimin's story. It was so lovely to watch their beginning π
I think ha neul needs to know how to treat other woman from do kyung seok from my id is Gangnam beauty
It's actually weird, because he did so in the original version of playlist π He was blunt and showed zero interest in making new friends or female friends. Quite introverted as well. Even with Jimin at first. Not sure why they wrote him so frustrating in this adaption, because he seemed like another character.
A quote from his original character: "I may be quiet, but I do say what's on my mind."
First of all... This is nothing like LOVE PLAYLIST. They just used the popularity of that webdrama to promote this, but there is nothing remotely similar to the webdrama. The vibe and authentic natural style is completely vanished. I knew it would be different but how is there like no similarity at all? And they ruined my beautiful pairing with their sh*tty writing. I still remember how heartfluttering Ha Neul's and Jimin's scenes were. They were so natural and sweet. And I don't feel any of that with them in this drama. I knew it wouldn't be the same with actress change, but they just feel so fake to me. Well... I can't not compare since they just are original characters.
But I am quite disappointed. I was excited for this drama and all of the cast looked promising too. Well, gonna rewatch Love Playlist Season 4 now to see my fave couple :) π
Jimin and Ha Neul feel so unnatural as a couple, I don't feel any chemistry or closeness between them. Is it just…
They had so much chemistry in the original version... They were the sole reason I actually started to watch the webdrama, because I saw clips of them on yt and they made my heart flutter so much.... Them in Dear M. is nothing like the webtoon... They should have just made a new couple in Dear M. Not sure if it's because of the change of the female actress or the writing just didn't do them justice...
I kinda lost interest in the main couple a couple of weeks ago, but I have been waiting and waiting to see the…
I also enjoyed the scenes of their childhood. It was cute and the child actors were really good as well :)
I really respect writers who can write a decent ending... because lately there were just a handful of good endings even tho the dramas started out pretty good... they always get boring or have a huge downfall by the end π
I enjoyed this drama. But I have to say that I liked the first half much more than the latter and the ending was quite sh*tty and kinda ruined it for me lol ... episode 11 was all serious with thriller and then they turned episode 12 into a slap stick comedy... that drastic change was kind of weird... And am I the only one who felt that they didn't behave like their characters in episode 12? They were so annoying and behaved like teens... I think the writers wanted to shows us that there are always ups and downs in relationships... but the writing sucked as hell... were they on drugs?
Well, overall I enjoyed it, but it's sad how there are almost no dramas in 2022 where the writing stays on the same Niveau like in the beginning...
I will put this drama on hold for now... I was really into it in the beginning. It was exciting and Soo Jae's character was amazing as was Hyun Jin's acting.... but for the last few episodes I just lost interest. Something is bothering me and I don't really like any of the other characters except Soo Jae. The writing became kind of unbearable... they don't let the viewers breath and so much is happening and not happening at the same time. Hard to explain, but I'm not liking the direction this drama took...
And the romance part seems to be bothering quite a few people. I actually was excited for the romance in this drama as I loved Hwang In Yeop in other dramas, so I was happy that he was the ML here and Seo Hyun Jin is the queen of romcoms, so I was excited for what kind of chemistry they would have... but sadly I feel no chemistry at all and their relationship feels really unnatural to me.
Gong Chan's character feels kind of bland to me and doesn't have much of a purpose expect for being a comfort to Soo Jae. Even tho he's not that young in the drama and started university late... he just feels too childlike to be Soo Jae's counterpart. It actually made me kind of uncomfortable how he pushed his feelings onto her several times and meddle in her business...
And the SML... I have no words. I like Bae In Hyuk, so was looking forward to watch him as well... but they turned him into an extremely annoying obsessed jealous SML. Why did they feel the need to do that? So unnecessary. Would have been better to form a bromance bond between him and Gong Chan. I'm baffled he feels entitled to meddle with Soo Jae' love life. He's not much better than his father of brother.
Maybe I will start watching again after it finished airing π

But even if I watched this drama while not comparing... it's really boring til now.
I've watched all of the 6 aired episodes and I'm not impressed. There is absolutely nothing original in this. The characters are walking clichΓ©s. The plot is Kdrama 101 for beginners. I think if I would write down all of the clichΓ©s or kdrama tropes I could fill a book....Not sure why the screenwriter would do that even tho she was great writing Love Playlist. But I'm sure this kind of story just fits webdrama style more.
I thought it would get better but it's just kdrama trope after another. Nothing new or original. ClichΓ©s aren't always bad, but if there is absolutely nothing original, how could it be exciting to watch? I do like kdrama tropes if they are well made and are well integrated in the story.
I won't bother watching the rest of the drama, because it seems like I already watched everything.
But I am quite disappointed. I was excited for this drama and all of the cast looked promising too. Well, gonna rewatch Love Playlist Season 4 now to see my fave couple :) π
